中文摘要 | 諮商員教育者所關心的是如何設計一套有效的訓練計劃,使學員成為知能兼備的專業諮商員。諮商學員所擔心的,則是如何獲得處理問題的統整經驗和技術,以勝任將來的助人專業。現有的訓練計劃或模式是否能滿足諮商學員的真正需要,是本文所要探討的重點。本文的內涵首先把諮商技術訓練模式的發展狀況,予以概括的說明;再就Rogers的基礎訓練模式、Carkhulf 的系統人際關係訓練模式、以及由此產生的訓練模式及Ivey 的顯微諮商,詳細介紹;最後把這些訓練模式予以評價,這些諮商技術訓練模式,雖然均參照當事人中心導向的訓練方式,強調諮商關係的催化條件及人際溝通技巧,很少做統合性的解決問題訓練。然而,這種以問題為中心統合運用溝通技巧的實務訓練,更能滿足諮商學員的需要。Egan 的統合解決問題技術訓練模式,或許更能適用於我們的諮商員教育。 |
英文摘要 | What the counselor educators concerned is how to formulate an effective plan to train their respective counselor trainees, that they may be prepared appropriately for their future work in the helping profession. Thus a variety of training models have been developed since the last 20 years. The central problem is, however, whether these models could actually meet the needs of the counselor students. With this problem in mind, this article gives a brief historical review of the development of different training models, then, a descriptive presentation of the a various training models is given. In the final analysis, the author finds that there are a manifested overlap among the various models with regard to theoretical orientation and an emphasis on individual skills of interpersonal relations. Only few focused their attention to the integrative problem solving skills training, which deemed necessary to meet the actual need of the counselor trainees who usually are anxious about their competency to deal with actual problem situations in the work of helping. It seems appropriate, therefore, that a model which matches communication skills with integrative problem solving process may be suitable for the training of our counselor students. |
