中文摘要 | 從161位年齡爲20至30歲及50位年齡超過30歲的健康産婦中,依不同分泌期而分病初乳(産後2天至4天)共79名。過渡期母乳(4天至10天)共28名及成熟期母乳共104名。成熟期母乳又分爲四組。第一組成熟期母乳爲出生後11天至1月有40名;第二組成熟期母乳爲1月至3月有35名;第三組成熟期母乳爲3月至6月有13名;第四組成熟期母乳爲6月至1歲有16名。均測定其乳汁中鈣、鎂、銅、鋅及鐵的濃度。結果顯示這五種礦物元素的濃度在初乳期都很高。然後隨著愈成熟母乳期而漸降低。鈣及鎂濃度從初乳至第四組成熟母乳期降低爲初乳之68%及64%,銅及鐵的濃度降低爲初乳之33%及41%,而鋅濃度特別明顯降低爲初乳之12%。初乳,過渡期乳及成熟期母乳中的鈣、鎂、鐵濃度均比乳粉內濃度低。但銅的濃度卻較高,而鋅卻在初乳期暗比乳粉高。依不同年齡,胎次,初次或多次哺乳時期的産婦母乳來測定上述五種礦物元素,結果也顯示30歲以上年齡組的産婦比20至30歲年齡組的産婦於初乳中鋅含量有顯著的增高。 |
英文摘要 | Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn and Fe contents of breast milk were analysed on 211 Chinese healthy mothers. The age of 161 mothers ranged from 20-30 years old and 50 months were over 30 of age. A total of 211 breast milk specimens were collected at various stages of lactation, including 70 specimens of colostrum (day 2 to 5 postpartum), 28 of transitional milk (day 6 to 10 postpartum), and 104 mature breast milk (days 11 to 1 year). The mature breast milk specimens were classified into 4 groups: such as group 1 (day 11 to 1 month), 40 specimens; group 2 (1 month to 3 months), 35 specimens; group 3 (3 months to 6 months), 13 specimens; and the group 4 (6 months to 12 months), 16 specimens. The mean concentrations of all the elements were highest in colostrum with decreasing concentrations as the lactation progressed; the Ca and Mg concentrations in group 4 of mature milk were about 68% of the colostrum, respectively. The Cu and Fe concentrations were about 33% and 41%, and that of Zn was only 12%. The concentrations of Ca, Mg, and Fe were higher in cow's milk of infant formula than in each kind of breast milk, whereas the concentration of Cu was lower in cow’s milk. The concentration of cow's milk was higher than that in breast milk, except of or colostrum. The analysis of the effect of age, parity and lactation history on the above results showed that the Zn concentration in colostrum of the older mothers (30 yrs) was higher than that from the younger monther's (20-30yr). |
