| 英文摘要 | Pulsed Doppler echocardiography was used to detect the functional closure time of the ductus arterious in 81 normal full-term Chinese newborns. The infants were examined 3-12 hours after birth initially and then twice daily until the ductus arteriosus could not be detected in two consecutive examinations. In 94% of the infants, a patent ductus arteriosus. was detected at initial study. In those infants, ductus arteriosus could not be detected in 14.8% by 24 hours of age, in 71.6% by 48. hours, in 88.8% by 72 hours, in 96.3% by 120 hours and in all by 144 hours of age. In newborns delivered by Cesarean section, the functional closure time of ductus arteriosus was significantly later than in newborns normally delivered. The ductus arteriosus closed in all newborns not delivered by Cesarean section at the age of 120 hours, but in only 90% of newborns delivered by Cesarean section the ductus closed at 120 hours of age. There were no significant differences in the functional closure of the ductus arteriosus in newborns of different sex, or gestational age. |
