中文摘要 | 吾人測定了國人男、女性正常肝組織,原發性肝細胞癌,及二種人類肝癌細胞株(Hep 3B和HA22T VGH)中之三種類固醇賀爾蒙接受體之含量;卽動情激素接受體(ER; estrogen receptor),黃體激素接受體(PR; progesterone receptor)和雄性激素接受體(AR; androgen receptor)。在正常人類肝阻織中均含有ER及AR,其平均值分別為每毫克細胞質蛋白質中含16.30及31.86毫微微摩爾(femtomole; 10 -15 m)。但在所測之4例中,均無法測得PR。原發性肝細胞癌組織中(簡稱肝癌),其ER及AR之可測得率均降低,分別為63%及74%。其中間數分別為2.79及3.20;PR值有31%可測得,但中間數仍為零。在人類肝癌細胞株中,均無法測出ER、PR和AR。由結果可知肝癌組織中,ER及AR之值較正常肝組織中之值低,此差異具統計學上的意義(Median test,P<0.0005),PR值則因正常肝組織標本數太少而不予比較。綜觀之,由於接受體之存在,證實肝職是受動情激素及雄性激素調節作用的器官,黃體激素則較無影響,而在肝臟癌化後,因某些正常之生化合成功能衰退,導致接受體含量減少。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we determined the estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and androgen receptor (AR) levels in Chinese normal hepatic tissue, primary hepatocellular carcinoma and two human hepatoma cell lines. In normal hepatic tissues, ER and AR were hundred percent detectable and the mean levels were 16.30 and 31.86 femtomole/mg cytosol protein; PR levels were undetectable in all four cases. In primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue, detectable rates of ER and AR were decreased to 63% and 74% respectively, and median levels were 2.79 and 3.20; the PR levels were 31% detectable and the median was zero. In human hepatoma cell lines, all these three receptors were undetectable. The levels of ER and A-R were decreased in primary hepatocellular carcitloma compared to normal hepatic tissues. (P<0.0005, by Median test). In all, liver was a target organ of estrogen and androgen but not progesterone. During the process of carcinogenesis, receptors levels were decreased, it means that some normal biosynthesis were gradually lost. |
