| 中文摘要 | 本試驗所用材料有省產相思樹與台灣赤楊兩種,經實驗所得結果如下:1. 影響乙醇-碱製漿的因素有用碱量,溫度、時間及蒽醌添加量等。經實驗結果其最佳的蒸解條件為用碱量16%,溫度160℃,時間60分,蒽醌添加量為0.05-0.10%,此時的紙漿性質亦最佳。2. 以乙碱-碱製漿在相同條件下,收率較硫酸鹽法或蘇打蒽醌法高約3-7%;而台灣赤楊之收率則較相思樹為低。3. 乙醇-碱蒽醌紙漿,其打漿時間較硫酸鹽紙漿或蘇打蒽醌紙漿紙短約9-17分,可以減少打漿動能的耗費。4. 省產濶葉樹材乙醇-碱蒽醌法紙漿性質均較蘇打蒽醌紙漿為佳。雖頂破力較硫酸鹽紙漿略遜,但撕力却較佳,而抗張力則相似。5. 乙醇-碱法製漿過程,由於沒有含硫化合物,因此比傳統硫酸鹽法對環境的污染,可獲得改善。6. 乙醇-碱法製漿由於表面張力的降底,碱液容易滲入木片中,去木質素效果顯著,因而用碱量不宜過高;又因其產生的壓力較大,故蒸解溫度與時間亦不宜太高或過長。此不僅可以減少用藥量,節省能源;而且污染程度亦可獲改善,又能回收乙醇利用,或有取代硫酸鹽法可行性的存在。 |
| 英文摘要 | The main objective of this study is to investigate the Yield, kappa number, and the physical properties of ethanol-alkali pulps made from Acacia confusa and Alnus formosana. The optimum cooking conditions and the factors which influence the ethanol-alkali pulping were also studied. Acacia confusa and Alnus formosana were used as the raw material. In ethanol-alkali process, the results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The factors which influence the ethanol-alkali pulping are alkali charge, temperature, cooking time and AQ charge. According to the experiment, the optimum cooking conditions are: alkali charge 16%; temperature 160℃; time at max. temperature 60 min., and AQ charge 0.05-0.10 %. 2. Under the same condition, the Pulp Yield in the ethanol-alkali process is about 3-7% higher than those of kraft and soda-AQ in the case of Acacia confusa, and the pulp yield of Alnus formosana is lower than that of Acacia confusa. 3. Beating time of the ethanol-alkali-AQ pulp is about 9-17min. (at about 400 CSF) shorter than those of kraft and soda-AQ pulps. It requires less beating energy. 4. The pulp strengths of the ethanol-alkali-AQ process are better than those of soda-AQ process. The tensile strength of ethanol-alkali-AQ pulp and kraft pulp are comparable, while in the case of bursting strength the former is slightly inferior to the latter; finally the tearing strength the former is superior to the latter. 5. In comparison with kraft process, the ethanol-alkali process is a sulfur-free pulping process which can eliminate the air pollution problem. 6. In conclusion, ethanol-alkali pulping not only can reduce the alkali Charge, save energy, decrease pollution, but also can recover ethanol for reuse. The ethanol-alkali process may be a desirable alternative to the kraft process. |
