中文摘要 | 本文對球狀粒子與有限槽溶液中離子間之交換過程提出一數學模式,考慮其交換反應包含液膜擴散,表面質量反應與粒子內部擴散。 在液膜中與粒子內部之離子擴散過程均由Fick第二定律描述,且表面質量反應速率設為可逆性一階反應時,導衍出理論方程式,以預測交換速率,結果顯示交換分率F與無因次時間T之關係為分配係數K,動力參數k,ξ₁,最後交換比數U與液膜厚度對粒子半徑比值δ等之函數,並由各參數之物理意義討論其對於交換速率的影響。 對立離子交換反應系銅型樹脂Dowex 50Wх8/Zn□之實驗結果驗證吻合本文所提之理論式 |
英文摘要 | A mathematical model has been proposed for the ion exchange process between the spherical particles and ions in a solution of finite volume. The exchange rate is controlled by combined film diffusion, surface mass action and intraparticle diffusion. The diffusion processes both in the liquid film and in the solid particle are described by Fick's second law, and the surface mass action is expressed by a first-order reversible exchange reaction. An analytical solution has been derived to predict the exchange fraction as a function of the dimenstionless time T with the distribution coefficient K, kinetic parameter k and ξ₁, final fractional uptake U and ratio of film thickness to particle radius δ as parameters. The effects of various parameters on the exchange rate are also discussed. Experimental results of the ion exchange system Cu-form Dowex 50Wх8/Zn□ agree well with the theoretical equation proposed in this study. |
