中文摘要 | 個人對藥物代謝能力的差異可能歸因於人體基因等因素而影響肝臟乙醯化酵素之含量,本研究旨在探討飛行員肝臟乙醯化代謝之快慢,利用咖啡因和磺胺類藥物在體內相同之代謝路徑特性,以簡易的咖啡飲用從尿液中咖啡因的代謝物濃度比值即可推算受檢者肝臟乙醯化代謝之快慢,此一簡易方法以15位志願者做試驗和傳統之服用磺胺類藥物而後抽血所得結果一致。 |
英文摘要 | A simple method is presented by using caffeine to test for the Chinese air Force pilots acetylator phenotype, 87 pilost provided a spot sample of urine between 3 and 6 hour after having a cup of coffee. The molar ratio of 5-acetylamino-6-formylamino-3-methyluracil (AFMU) to 1-methylxanthine (1X) was measured by a h. p. l. c. method. The consistency of the method between a standard suplphamethazine and caffeine phenotyping were establishedin 15 volunteer subjects. |
