中文摘要 | 本研究旨在比較不同家庭社經背景國中學生在自我觀念、價值取向、成就動機與學習態度等心理特質上的差異情形。研究對象以隨機抽取734名國中三年級學生為樣本,運用測驗與問卷進行調查研究,所得資料經變異數分析,結果發現:(1) 國中學生的自我觀念,因家庭社經背景不同而有顯著的差異;(2) 國中學生的價值取向,在活動、關係、人對自然、時間等四個取向中,僅關係及人對自然取向,因家庭社經背景不同而有顯著的差別;活動和時間取向,則未顯示因家庭社經背景之不同而有差異;(3) 國中學生的成就動機及(4) 學習態度,皆受家庭社經背景之影響而有顯著的差異。基於上述發現,研究者建議學校應注意培養學生健全的心理適應,有效實施個別與團體輔導並強化補救教學,設計適當的學習情境以增加個人成就經驗,及加強與學生家長的溝通;為使國中學生獲得充分發展,亦應繼續擴大有關社經背景與心理特質問題之研究。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to find out the influences of different socio-economic backgrounds on such psychological characterics as self-concept, value orientations, achievement motivation, and study attitudes. The subjects were 734 second graders randomly selected from juniur high schools in Changhua City. Tests and questionnaires were adminstered to the subjects. The obtained data were treated by analysis of variance. The results indicated that: 1. Students of different socio-economic backgrounds had a significantly different self-concept. 2. Although students of different socio-economic backgrounds were not significantly different in their activity and time orientations, however their relational and human-nature orientations were significantly different. 3. There achievement motivation were significantly different. 4. There study attitudes were significantly different. The findings of this study suggest that due care should be given to mental adjustment, effective utilization of counseling, provision of an appropriate environment of study, promotion of communication with parents, and systematic investigation of junior high schools students' psychological characteristics. |
