中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討竹材加工廢料供製漿造紙之可行性,及其在中性亞硫酸齣﹒蔥臨製漿(Neutral Sulfite-Anthraquinone pulping Process)時之影響因子,以及其最佳製漿條件,并瞭解NS-AQ紙漿之性質。所採用之材料為:桂竹,麻竹及孟宗竹三種竹種加工廢料,所選用之製漿方法為中性亞硫酸鈉-蔥醌法。茲列研究結果如下:1.竹材廢料的纖維特性為纖維細長,長寬比高(1)。2.影響NS- AQ製漿法的因于為:總碱量、碱比蔥醌添加量。(1)總碱量愈高,紙漿收率愈低,去木質素效應愈佳。(2)高碱比時紙漿收率高,去木質素教應低,於低碱比時有較好的去木質素效應。(3)蔥醌添加量以0.05- 0.10為適當,經添加AQ後對製漿效應有顯著的改善。3.竹節蒸解難於竹絲,必領提高用碱量、方有理想的漿化效果、所有廢料中以麻竹絲最主蒸解,以孟宗竹節最不易蒸解。4.紙張的結合強度以麻竹絲最佳、竹節紙漿的物理性質較差,但各竹種間差異不大。5.以NS-AQ法製漿,可提高紙接收率,達到高收率製漿的效果。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this study are to assess the potentiality of using bamboo waste for pulping and papermaking, and the factors which influence the NS- AQ pulping & the paper properties of NS- AQ pulps. The experimental materials are: 1. The shavings & node part of Ma Bamboo (Dendrocalmus latiflours Munro) waste. 2. The shavings & node part of makino bamboo (phyllstachy makino hay) waste. 3. The shavings & node part of moso bamboo ( phyllstachys edulis riviere). The neutral sulfite- Anthraquinone (NS-AQ) process is emplyoyed in this experiment. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. The fiber properties of bamboo waste are 2.04-2.84 mm. in length and 15.1-21.2 μ in width, while the length to width ratios are about 125- 162, which are more slender than those of softwoods. Ma bamboo waste has the longest fiber of the three bamboo species. 2. Ash and extractives content of bamboo waste were higher than those of woods. Lignin content is lower than that of softwood, but similar to that of hardwood. The lignin & extractive Content of Moso bamboo waste are the highest of the three species. 3. The factors which influence the NS-AQ process are; Total alkali, alkali ratio, and AQ charge. (1) The pulp yield decreases when total alkali charge increases but the deligninfication rate increases with the total alkali charge-The optimum amount of the total alkali for NS-AQ pulping of Bomboo waste is 16%. (2) The optimum alkali ratio (No_2So_3 to total alkali ratio) is 0.70- 0.75. (3) AQ may be viewed as a pulping catalyst in NS- AQ process, leading to accelerate the delignification rate. The optimum AQ charge is 0.05 %- 0.10% (on O. D. chip). 4. The yield of NS-AQ is 8-12 % higher than that of soda-AQ, with this process, high yield p purpose can be reached. 5. The NS-AQ bamboo waste pulps show good bonding ability. The tensile & burst strength properties are superior to those of soda-AQ pulps. The pulp strength of shaving part of bamboo waste is better than that of node part especially the shaving part of Ma bamboo waste. |
