中文摘要 | 人類的脊椎是由7節頸椎、12節胸椎、5腰椎、薦椎及尾椎連接而成;椎骨與椎骨之間,有一個椎間盤夾在其中,而31椎神經(頸椎神經8,胸椎神經12腰椎神經5對,薦椎神經5對,尾椎神經1對)分別由脊椎骨與脊椎骨之間的椎間孔伸出;正常情形下,脊椎是人體的中軸,垂直於骨盆上,支撐起肩膀、上肢及頭部,以肋骨及胸骨保護內臟。最重要的是於脊柱中負責傳達訊息的中樞神經,以及由椎間孔穿出的神經架構成一個緊密的系統,並維持身體各部正常的活動與運轉。因此維持脊椎健康的方法,除了規律的生活及均衡的營養外,同時也需保持端正的姿勢及適度的運動。 |
英文摘要 | The human spine is divided into five regions: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral, and coccyx. The vertebral column are consists of 7cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, sacral, and coccygeal; each vertebra articulates with neighboring vertebrae; the bodies are interconnected by the intervertebral discs, there are 31 spinal cord nerve segments in a human spinal cord (8 pairs cervical nerves, 12 pairs thoracic nerves, 5 pairs sacral nerves and 1 pair of coccygeal nerve), and each can be identified by its association with adjacent vertebrae. Normally, the spine remains vertically oriented and perpendicularly to the sacrum, it support standpoint, it transfers the weight and bending movements of the shoulders, upper extremities and head. Facilitated by ribs, it functions as a framework for protect the internal organ. The most important is the spinal cord play the role of sending the message from central nervous system (CNS), and combine with the spinal cord prominent out from the foramen between the vertebrae column become a compacted system, it maintain the daily activity and circulation function of hole human body. Besides, function of daily living and diet of nutrition, the method that maintain the healthy of vertebral column also include the correct posture and sufficient exercise. |
