中文摘要 | 本研究以1368名高中及大一學生為調查對象,分析其職業決策行為發展的情形,再以255名高一學生為實驗對象,探討不同輔導措施對其職業決策行為發展的影響。研究結果發現:(1) 樣本在職業決策量表上的反應屬中等程度,其中以有關個己的職業發展歷程的角色評量最高,有關職業資料方面的評量最低。(2) 若干項目有性別與年級間的交互作用,但一般而言,男生的職業決策行為發展較女生為優。(3)年級間差異相當顯著,大多以高三學生的分數為最高,次為大一學生、高三學生,高一學生最低,唯大一學生與高三學生之間的差距不顯著。(4) 實驗組(甲)學生經擇業指南的自導式輔導措施後,其職業決策行為發展顯著優於控制組學生。(5) 性別之間的差異不十分顯著,唯白氏興趣量表對實驗組(乙)男生的輔導效果較其他各組為低。(6) 不同問題型態樣本不因實驗處理的不同而有不同的結果。(7) 實驗組學生對實驗處理的反應甚佳,均認為對其職業發展方向與途徑的探索有相當刺激作用,其中實驗組(甲)學生對擇業指南的評價又顯著高於實驗組(乙)學生對白氏職業興趣量表的反應。根據各項研究發現,研究者建議加強對職業輔導的認識與重視,整理並充實職業資料內容,並編製有效的職業輔導工具以增進職業決策行為的健全發展。 |
英文摘要 | The Career Decision Making Scale (CDMS) was administered to 1368 college freshmen and senior high school students to investigate their status of career decision making. Results showed that Subjects' career decision-making was generally good, especially at their concern and involvement in the process of decision-making. But career information was badly needed as their responses indicated. Boys were generally better in their development than girls. There was no significant linear trend of development between different grades except their own assessment of ability and self-involvement in the process of decion-making. Experimental study on the effects of the revised SDS and the Brainard Occupational Preference Inventory (BOPI) was then caried on, using 255 senior high school freshmen as subjects. They were divided into two experimental groups and one control group with two classes of different sexes in each group. Statistical analyses showed the results that the SDS groups were significantly better than the control group in their development of career decision making, whilst the BOPI was not as effective as the SDS as far as boys' responses on both the ODMS and the Experiment Response Questionnaire were concerned. Results of the investigation and experiment are discussed and recommendations are made accordingly in terms of their implications for promoting career guidance services in Taiwan. |
