中文摘要 | 本研究是以了解台灣地區接受感化處遇之男性少年犯的工作價值為目的。並且藉著統計方法,考驗不同地區、不同學業成就、不同家庭社經地位的少年犯,其工作價值差異的情形。以671位少年犯的評量結果顯示:(1) 台灣地區少年犯之工作價值極其類似,得分最高者分別為從屬關係、環境因素、成就性;最低者有利他性、變化性,經濟報酬三項;(2) 不同地區的少年犯之工作價值,除了工作的變異性沒有差異外,其餘各項價值,以及內隱性、外顯性工作價值間有差異存在;(3) 不同學業成就地位的少年犯之工作價值,在管理性、益智性、威望、經濟報酬以及內隱性,外顯性等價值上呈顯著差異存在;(4) 不同社經地位的少年犯之工作價值,未有差異存在。 基於以上的發現,本研究建議:一、輔導工作方面:(1) 加強各輔育機構個案室之職業輔導功能;(2) 針對特殊少年個人特質之個別化輔導;(3) 配合習藝訓練,加強工作價值之陶冶;(4) 培育職業輔導專職人才,增進特殊少年之輔導效能。二、職業理論與輔導工具方面;(1) 加強職業理論之研究,以支持個人職業特質的發現;(2) 繼續對本研究之「工作價值量表」作深入的探討,俾便推廣使用。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of the study were to investigate The Work Values of Juvenile Delinquents in Taiwan, and to realize whether the Work Values or the Juvenile Delinquents were related to the various variables, just as area, academic achievement, and family socio-economic position. There are 671 effective samples recive from three Juvenile Reformatories in Taiwan. After dealing with the responses of Juvenile Delinquents on Super's Work Values Inventory (WVI), four mentiond findings as follow: 1) Juvenile Delinquents' work values were very similar, and revealed characteristics. Especially'on the values of Supervisory Relations, Surrounding and Achievement. 2) There were significant difference among the Juvenile Delinquents' responses on most of all scales (14 values scales, Intrinsic and Extrinsic values scales) in the WVI. 3) Juvenile Delinquents' work values and their academic achievement are related. That is, the higher academic achievement the more positive work valuer, especially on Management, Intellectual Stimulation values scales, and Intrinsic, Extrinsic work values in WVI. 4) Juvenile Delinquents' work values and their family socio-economic position are not related. That is, the work values of the Juvenile Delinquents in WVI are not influence by their family socio-economic position. Based on above mentioned findings, the study suggests that: 1) On the Guidance: to enhance the vocational guidance; to provide individualized guide on traits; to strengthen the disciplines of the values on work; and to train the professional workers on vocational guidance; 2) On the Theory & Insturment: to stress the study of vocational theories that supporting the behavior traits' finding; to continue the study on WVI then spread over others. |
