英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to determine the volumetric liquid-phase mass transfer coefficients and the interfacial area of NaOH-NaCl solution in fluidized beds of three different solid particle sizes. The effects of the liquid velocity, the gas velocity, the liquid phase ionic strength and the particle sizes on the volumetric liquid-phase mass transfer coefficient and the interfacial area were as follows: 1) The volumetric liquid-phase mass transfer coefficient increases with the superficial gas velocity and the particle sizes. 2) The interfacial area increases with the gas velocity, the particle sizes and the ionic strength. 3) The following empirical correlation were obtained for the ionic strength was 0.5 g ion/ι and the particle size was 1.89 mm diameter kLa=(3.47×10-3±0.54)U1±0.337g U0.30±0.0471 α=(2.13±0.054)U0.335±0.008g |
