| 英文摘要 | Leadership study is probably one of the most researched areas in social sciences. However, the empirical study of leadership has been lacking domestically. Thus, this paper attempts to delineate leadership styles through factor-analyzing 20 Items responded by a total of 356 supervisors in Taiwan Railway Bureau. The results show that the Coordination-oriented and Task-oriented leadership patterns were found. Finally, the implications and limitation of this study are also discussed. |
