中文摘要 | 本試驗目的,在測定本地產灌木型銀合歡種子,取代飼糧中部份大豆粉及玉米,飼糧生長肥育豬,對發育、飼料利用率以及屠體品質的影響。供試銀合歡種子,係先經水浸24小時、蒸煮60分鐘、水洗,乾燥、粉碎後再飼餵,乃含乾物88.39%,粗蛋白質27.72%。根據供試仔豬6胎24頭,分為四處理,經飼養70日測定結果,其在期末時每頭增重、飼料增重比率、屠宰率、屠體長度、背脂厚度、腰跟肌肉面積,半屠體之後腿、背脊、前腿、肩胛、腹?、四分切、五分切重百分率,背最長肌之水分、粗蛋白質、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量之平均值,順序(A)普通大豆粉玉米對照飼糧者為54.77 kg,3.454、76.02%、78.75 cm、3.85 cm、36.62 cm2、10.20%、9.43%、4.97%、4.13%、9.26%、28.73%、37.99%、70.35%、21.35%、5.06%、1.11%;(B)含銀合歡種子3%飼糧者為54.47 kg,3.410、75.58%、78.25 cm、3.54 cm、28.64 cm2、9.83%、8.76%、4.98%、3.91%、9.94%、26.91%、36.84%、70.38%、20.73%、6.84%、1.01%;(C)銀合歡種子6%含量飼糧者為51.23 kg,3.590、78.01%、78.63 cm、3.68 cm、30.44 cm2、10.22%、8.52%、5.39%、4.13%、10.20%、28.25%、28.25%、38.45%、71.64%、21.88%、4.35%、1.07%;(D)銀合歡種子9%含量飼糧者為53.06 kg,3.551、75.39%、78.25 cm、3.33 cm、27.89 cm2、9.60%、8.98%、4.67%、4.15%、10.27%、27.39%、37.66%、72.49%、21.56%、5.94%、1.08%。 上述增重、飼料增重比率、屠宰率以及屠體各項性狀,除肌肉之脂肪含量一項外,四處理彼此間均為P>0.05,差異均不顯著。換言之,供試銀合歡種子,確可用取代飼糧中部份大豆粉及玉米,其給與量,為飼糧之3-9%,對豬之發育、飼料利用率、屠宰率以及屠體品質,根據本試驗測定結果,均無不良影響。由於銀合歡種子之市價,每公斤為新台幣6元,如加工費用不大,乃較所取代之大豆粉及玉米為低廉,飼豬後,對生長性能,亦無甚影響,頗具經濟上之利用價值。至於銀合歡種子飼豬最適當的加工處理與最有效的飼料配方,有待更進一步加以研究並測定。 |
英文摘要 | Study was made to determine the effect of feeding leucaena seed (containing 88.39% of dry matter and 27.72% of crude protein) which had been soaked in water for 24 hours, boiled for 60 minutes, washed with water and dried, on the growth, feed conversion rate and carcass quality of growing-fattening pigs. Six litters of 24 male crossbred pigs averageing 42 kg in weight were divided into 4 treatments on the basis of litter and body weight of 6 head each treatment. The pigs in treatment A received corn soybean diet as control. Treatments B, C and D received diets containing 3, 6 and 9% of leucaena seed, respectively. All the 4 experimental diets had similar crude protein content. The pigs were housed in individual concrete--floored pens. Body weight and feed consumption records were kept for each pigs throughout 70 days of the feeding trial. Dressing yield and carcass quality of the experimental pigs were investigated at the completion of the feeding trial. Nutrient of the leucanena seed was also determined. The results were presented in the Tables 3, 4 and 5. The analysis of variance of weight gain and feed/gain ratio of the pigs among the 4 treatments all showed no significant differences through 70 days of the feeding trial. The data also showed that all the carcass characteristics including dressing yield, carcass length, backfat thickness, lean loin eye area, 4 lean cuts, 5 primals as well as the nutrient contents of the longissimus muscle of the pigs among the 4 treatments had no significant differences with exception of crude fat content of the muscle. The processed leucaena seed could be used as feed ingredient; no ill effects on the performance of the growing-fattening pigs were shown. Further study on the optimum ratio of the leucaena seed in diet for pigs will be conducted in the future. |
