中文摘要 | 本研究從民國68年第一期作至70年第二期作在台中區農業改良場及嘉義農業試驗分所相互進行,為育成秈稻抗褐飛蝨不同生物小種之品種。初步結果顯示台中秈試329號可能具有一對bph 4隱性抗蟲因子,台中秈試339及338號可能具有一對Bph 3顯性抗蟲因子,這些品系之稻谷產量比對照品種台中秈10號高2.4~5.8%。此外這些品系具有許多優良農藝特性,白米品質佳,完整白米率高,耐寒性強。這些品系甚值推廣栽植,不僅因其稻谷產量高及優良農藝特性,而且抗褐飛蝨,採用具有不同抗褐飛蝨生物小種品種為防治抗褐飛蝨最經濟方法。因不同抗褐飛蝨生物小種間遺傳因子相互抑制的結果,使新生物小種在棲群中獲得優勢而造成災害之機會減少。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted in Taichung DAIS and Chiayi AES from 1979 to 1981 for breeding indica varieties resistant to the biotypes of brown planthopper. The preliminary results indicated that Taichung Sen Shih 329 might carry a recessive gene bph4 for resistance. Taichung Sen Shih 339 and 338 might carry a dominant gene Bph3 for resistance. The yield of those selections were higher than that of check variety, Taichung Sen 10, ranging 2.4 to 5.8%. In addition, they have many good agronomic characters, good rice quality, high head rice and cold tolerance. The development of these strains are worth attention not only because they are high yielding with good quality but also they are resistant to different biotypes of brown planthopper which is an important insect in Taiwan. |
