| 中文摘要 | 以10~15 cm高之組織培養小苗浸漬於不同濃度及時間之NMU、EMS、DES及sodium azide 誘變劑中。誘變頻率依序為NMU>EMS>DES>sodium azide。NMU誘變類似嵌紋之葉片變異,EMS及DES誘致葉形及葉色性狀之變異,sodium azide誘致矮化性狀變異。EMS,DES及sodium azide 誘致之變異性狀經三代無性繁殖觀察均已呈穩定性,前二者誘致之變異性狀蕉株對黃葉病不具抗病性,惟sodium azide誘致之矮化變異迄目前為止尚未罹黃葉病,各變異性狀蕉株之果實特性,正進一步評估中。 又以0.05%之秋水仙精液處理雄花苞之穗頂(meristen of male bud)及台灣野生芭蕉(M. ormosana (warb) Hayata) 種子之胚能誘致癒合組織,惟均不能形成小植株。 |
| 英文摘要 | The leaf and dwarf habit mutants were induced by means of immersing seedlings (mean height 10-15 cm) of tissue-cultured Pei-Chiao and Hsien-Jen-Chiao banana cultivars in ethyl methane sulphonate (EMS), diethyl sulphate (DES), sodium azide and N-nitroso-N-methylurea (NMU) mutagenic chemicals. The order of frequency of the mutagens was as follows: NMU>EMS>DES>sodium azide. The narrow and lightish leaf mutant plants were induced by EMS and DES. The mutants of mosaic-like and corrugated leaves were induced by NMU. One dwarf mutant plant was induced be sodium azide. In the present investigation, the EMS and DES-induced leaf mutants are affected with panama disease, but the sodium azide-induced dwarf mutant is still resistant to panama disease. The callus could be induced by treating the meristem of male bud and embryos with 0.05% colchicine solution in vitro, but both of the callus thus produced did not develop to the plantlets. |
