| 英文摘要 | This observation was conducted at 38 different locations in the Taichung District to study the variation of weed flora in the paddy field. It was found that only 50% of paddy field got completely control of weeds with some of the recommended herbicides, such as butachlor, benthiocarb-M and TOK. The other 50% should have one or two times of manlabor to pick up the tolerated weed species which were scattered. After a long period of herbicides usage, the weed flora of paddy has been changing. The susceptible weed species, such as Echinochloa crus-galli, Eclipta prostrata, Fimbristylis miliacea, Lindernia spp., Lobelia affinis and Dopatrium junceum were replaced by tolerant or resistant species, such as Alternantes sessilis, Cypesus difformis, Ilysanthes serrata, Marsilea quadrifolia, Monochoria vaginalis, Paspvlum spp., Sagittaria pygmea and Scirpus juncoides etc. The effectiveness of chemical weeding was influenced by the climatical condition, land preparation, soil type, irrigation and driaing. |
