中文摘要 | 本文探討歷年來我國工業部門的CO2排放趨勢,並利用迪氏因素法剖析影響工業部門各產業CO2排放的關鍵因素,所選取的組成因素包括:排放系釋、能源密集度、產業結構與經濟成長等四項指標。研究結果顯示,歷年來工業部門排放之二氧化碳量約佔全國總排放量之50.8%,且年平均成長率高達6.2%,為國內各部門中最主要的排放源。在因素分析方面,民國80至88年間工業部門的CO2排放共增加38.5百萬公噸,其中經濟成長所衍生的能源需求為促使其排放增量的最主要因素,總增量量應為55.8百萬公噸;排放係數歷年來普為增量效應,且有逐年增加的趨勢,累積增量為10.6百萬公噸;而產業結構配比的調整與能源密集度的改善則為重要的減量因素,減量效果各為15.4與11.8百萬公噸,故如何妥善規劃我國工業部門未來的發展目標,擬定適宜可行的減量方案,為當前我國產業發展及因應國際環保趨勢CO2排放管制的重要課題。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper we study the trend and characteristics of CO2 emission from the industrial sector in Taiwan during 1981 to 2001. also, the Divisia index analysis is used to identify major factors affecting CO2 emission changes. The emission changes are decomposed into four components-emission coefficient, energy intensity, industrial structure and economic growth. The results have indicated that industrial sector contributes 50.8% of total emission in Taiwan, and continues to soar with 6.2% annual growth rate. Major sources of CO2 emission include iron & steel, cement, textiles, non-metallic mineral products and artificial fibers industry. The factor analysis has revealed that economic growth is the most important factor for CO2 emission increase, while industrial structure share and energy intensity are major factors for the decrease due to improvements in energy efficiency and structural adjustments in energy intensive industries. Also, since CO2 emission is closely related to fuel structure, this study has shown that emission factor has been increased for most industries due to heavy reliance on fossil fuel use in power generations. Results of this paper can be helpful in setting priority and planning strategies of CO2 reduction for industry sector in Taiwan. |
