中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討國民中學輔導教師之工作滿意狀況及其與各研究變項之關係。經以自編之「國民中學輔導教師工作滿意調查問卷」調查省、市國民中學輔導教師四百九十一人,獲得以下結論:(1) 國民中學輔導教師對其工作之滿意水準未達滿意指標,惟亦未呈現不滿意的反應;(2) 性別、婚姻狀況、同校輔導教師足額與否等變項對樣本之工作滿意確有影響,其顯著度達到.001的水準;(3) 年齡、教育背景、服務年資、轉業動向、服務地區不同之樣本,其工作滿意水準之差異達.01之顯著水準;(4) 職務、學用合一,情形對樣本之工作滿意度沒有顯著的影響。依據以上結論,本研究所提之具體建議如下:(1) 確立輔導教師在學校組織中的地位;(2) 充實國民中學的輔導設施;(3) 制訂國民中學輔導教師自教育至任用之完整體系;(4) 強化輔導專業教育內容,提高專業教育效能;(5) 重視學校輔導教師專業精神的培養、確立其獻身助人專業的基本信念;(6) 鼓勵輔導教師把握工作滿意之主觀因素,減低外在因素的影響。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to investigate the level of job satisfaction of the school counselors of junior high school. Four hundred and ninety-one school counselors were investigated with their responses on the "Revised Questionnaire of Job Satisfaction of Junior High School Counselor". The results indicated that: 1. At present, the school counselors of junior high school have not achieved satisfaction on their job. 2. The administrative role and the self-evaluation of ability did not produce significant differences among the respondents in job satisfaction. 3. Scores of job satisfaction differed significantly, at .01 level, by age, background of professional education, the years of counseling experience, school location, and the direction of turn-over. 4. Scores of job satisfaction differed significantly, at .001 level, by sex, marriage, and the ratio of school counselors to students. In View of the findings of the study, the researcher makes the following suggestions: 1. Improving the organization of guidance service of junior high school. 2. Building a certification systern of school counselors in order to establish a professeonal status for junior high school counselors. 3. Increassing the effectiveness of professional education programs of guidance and counseling in order to enhance the ability and the professional spirit of school counselors. 4. Encouraging the school counselors of junior high school to develop a view of guidance service as sacrifice and devotion, and to hold the subjective factors of job satisfaction such as changing the level of aspiration. |
