中文摘要 | 商用愛拔益加肉雞由三週齡開始,飼予抗生素飼料添加物。至八週齡為止,添加劑量均為促進生長劑量。八週齡開始,半數供試?隻增加劑量至防治疾病劑量。一星期後,停止給藥。屠殺檢測抗生素在血液、肝臟、心臟、脾臟、腎臟、砂囊和胸肌等的殘留量。停藥一星期後,重覆上述之測定。 供試十種抗生素飼料添加物chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline, tylosin, lincomycin, oleandomy cin, bambermycins (flavormycin), virginiamycin, Zn-bacitracin, erythromycin以及 penicillin中,penicillin、chlortetracycline和 oxytetracycline 三種,?使於促進生長劑量下(低劑量),在肉雞組織中仍有殘留。 Tylosin和 erythromycin雖在防治疾病劑量下有殘留,但在促進生長劑量下僅殘留於腎臟,tylosin也殘留於肝臟中,其餘抗生素,除Zn-bacitracin在兩種劑量下,viginiamycin 在防治疾病劑量下有殘留外,均不殘留於任何一種供測樣品中。停藥一星期後,除 penicillin在肝臟與腎臟,tylosin於防治疾病劑量在肝臟與腎臟,erythromycin 於防治疾病劑量在腎臟尚有殘留外,任何一種供測樣品中,均已無抗生素之殘留。 |
英文摘要 | Commercial Arbor Acres broilers were fed from three weeks old with antibiotic feed additives at the growth promotion level, which was approved by FDA or recommended by the manufacturers. At eight weeks old, one half of the experimental chickens were given higher dosage at the disease prevention level for one week. Then, the antibiotic additives were withdrawn from the feed. At nine and ten weeks old, the experimental chickens were killed and the antibiotics residues in blood, liver, heart, spleen, kidney, gizzard and breast muscle were assayed. Ten antibiotic feed additives: chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline, tylosin, lincomycin, oleandomycin, bambermycins (flavomycin), virginiamycin, Zinc bactracin, erythromycin and penicillin, were used in this study. Penicillin, chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline were found in broiler tissues even at growth promotion levels (low dosage). Although tylosin and erythromycin were found in all specimens at disease prevention level; both were found in kidney only at growth promotion level, and tylosin was also found in liver. Others were not found in any specimens, except zinc bacitracin at both levels and virginiamycin at disease prevention level, were found in kidney. After one week withdrawal of antibiotic feeding, there were no any residues in most specimens, with the exception of penicillin in liver and kidney, tylosin in liver and kidney, and erythromycin in kidney at disease prevention levels. |
