| 中文摘要 | 本試驗為瞭解有機磷劑,施用於土壤後之垂直與水平移動情形及其持久性,而選用粒劑製型之福瑞松(Phorate),商品名賽滅得(Thimet)原體,於室溫(24±1℃)在淋洗與無淋洗狀況下,不同土壤質地(坋質壤土、細砂質壤土、石英砂)、不同置放期間而探討之。其結果如下: 1. 福瑞松在淋洗或無淋洗狀況下,都能作水平向或垂直向之移動。唯其移動率在無淋洗狀況下者較淋洗狀況下者為低;持久性則為無淋洗狀況下者較淋洗狀況下者為高。 2. 於不同土壤中,福瑞松之移動率及其持久性隨土壤質地之不同而異;移動率大校小依次為:石英砂(quartz sand)>細砂質壤土(fine sandy loam)>坋質壤土(silty loam)。持久性長短之次序則為坋質壤土>細砂質壤土>石英砂。 3. 坋質壤土中,福瑞松之消失量隨置放期間之增長而量增。 4. 福瑞松在淋洗或無淋洗之狀況下,置放29天後,分別約有原施藥量之32.1%或45.8%仍留存於施藥層土壤(treated soil layer I)中。存留於施藥層鄰近之未施藥土壤層(untreated soil layer II)中者,分別為11%或7.5%。於最底層或最外層之未施藥土壤層(untreated soil layer III)中者,分別為0.5%或0.2%。 5. 雖經淋洗,但於淋洗液中的檢出量甚微少。 |
| 英文摘要 | Phorate (o, o-diethyl-s-(ethylthio)-methylphosphoro-diethioate) was used in this investigation to study both its movement and persistence in soils of different properties at room temperature (24±1℃) under leaching and nonleaching conditions. The experimental results were summarized as follows: 1. Phorate may undergo in horizontal and vertical movement under non-leaching condition. Its mobility is slower than that under leaching condition. But its persistence is higher than that under leaching condition. 2. The mobility and persistence of phorate varied with different types of soil. The order of increasing mobility is quartz sand> fine sandy loam> silty loam. The reversed is true for persistence. 3. Dissipated amount of phorate increased with the increase of incubation period in sility loam. 4. After incubating for 29 days, 32.1% and 45.8% of applied phorate were found in the treated soil layer (silty loam) under the leaching and non-leaching condition, respectively; while 11% and 7.5% remained in the untreated layer II, and 0.5% and 0.2% in the untreated layer III, respectively. 5. Only a trace of phorate residue was detected in effluent under leaching condition which indicates phorate was adsorbed on soil firmly. |
