英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted to study the effect of soil pH on adsorption and phytotoxicity of atrazine [2-chloro-4-ethylamino-6-isopropylamino-s-triazine], ametryne [2-methylthio-4-ethylamino-6-isopropylamino-s-triazine), prometryne [2-methylthio-4,6-bis (isoprophylamino)-s-triazine] and metribuzin [4-amino-6-tert-butyl-3-(methylthio)-as-triazine-5(H)one]. Adsorption fo four triazine herbicides in soils decreased with the increase of soil pH. Prometryne and ametryne adsorption reduced much more than that of atrazine and metribuzin in soils of higher pH. Adsorption decreased in the order: prometryne>ametryne>atrazine>metribuzin. Atrazine was not injurious to corn, but it greatly reduced the growth of oats with increasing soil pH and application rates. The amount of herbicide required to reduce the growth of oat (GR50) when compared with the control was used to determine the relationship between herbicidal phytotoxicity and soil pH or herbicidal adsorption. Results showed that GR50 values for all four triazine herbicides were negatively correlated with soil pH, but positively correlated with herbicidal adsorption. |
