中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為對教學情境建立預測教師領導績效的變通模式。受試者為臺北市成功高級中學一年級的男生551人。本研究所用之主要方法,係以問卷收集學生對教師教學行為、人格特質之評估,以及學生本身的數學能力、成就動機等有關資料,並以其數學學業成績作為學業成就之指標。由因素分析之結果,得知學生係以「技巧」、「職權」、「結構性」及 「回饋」四個向度評估教師之教學行為。在建立變通換式時,以上列四個因素之前三者作為教學情境因素,用以定義教學情境對教師教學之有利程度。依三個因素將全部受試者分為八組,然後探討各組學生在各不同教學情境下:(1)對教師人格特質寬容程度之評估與其數學學業成績之關採,(2)對教師人格特質寬容程度之評估與其成就動機之關係,及(3)學生的數學能力與數學學業成績之關係的變化。結果發現:這三種相關係數的數值在不同的教學情境下均有所不同,其變化相當富於教學上的意義,詳情請見結果及討論部份。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is trying to develop a contingency model for predicting the teachers' effectiveness in classroom teaching situation. The subjects were 551 first grade male students of Cheng Kung High School in Taipei. Various inventories and tests were used to collect data on the students' perceptions of their teachers' teaching behavior, their perceptions on their teachers' personality traits of permissiveness, their mathematical ability and achievement motivation. By analyzing the subjects' responses to the Scale for Evaluating Teacher' Teaching Behavior, four factors were obtained, they were "Skill", "Position Power", "Structure", and "Feedback". In constructing the contingency model for predicting the teacher's effectiveness, the prior three of the four factors were used as situational factors to define the dimension of situational "favorableness to teacher". Accordingto these three factors, the subjects were divided into eight groups. Under each of the eight teaching situations, the following relationships were investigated: (1) Students' mathematical achievement and their perceptions of teachers' personality traits of permissiveness (2) Students' achievement motivation and their perception of teachers' personality of permissiveness, and (3) Students' mathematical ability and their mathematical achievement. The implications of current findings were explained, itcould be used as guidance for teaching. |
