中文摘要 | 本實驗利用電解法製造銅粉及鐵粉。銅粉之製造以銅板為陽極,電解時即在陰極板上產生銅粉。鐵粉之製造則稍有不同,以鐵極為陽極,不銹鋼極為陰極,電解時,先在陰極板上得到一層粗鬆之鐵板,取下後磨碎即得鐵粉。將製成的鐵粉混以不同百分率的銅粉 (0~20%),以4.1 ton/cm2及7.9 ton/cm2兩種壓力壓成粉胚體,再以1120℃及1150℃燒結不同時間,鏡結後一部份燒結體再以7.9 ton/cm2重壓一次,然後觀察燒結體之含銅量,壓型壓力,燒結溫度及時間,對燒結體密度,抗拉強度,及硬度的影響。並以掃描式及光學顯微鏡觀察燒結體的斷面組織及金相構造。 |
英文摘要 | A electrolytic method was. uséd in this experiment to prepare copper powder and iron powder. Copper powder was prepared by using copper plate as a anode, on electrolysis the copper powder was formed around the cathode. Iron powder was prepared by using iron plate as a anode, stainless plate as a cathode, on electrolysis, a brittle iron plate was obtained on the cathode. The iron powder was obtained by removing the iron plate, and pulverizing it. The iron powder was mixed with different percentage of copper powder (0-20%), and then was pressed with two different pressure, 4.1 ton/cm2 and 7.9 ton/cm2 to form green compacts. The green compacts were sintered at 1120℃ and 1150℃ for different times to become sintered products. . Some of the sintered products were repressed at a pressure of 7.9 tonjcm2. Then the density, ultimate strength, hardness, and elongation at break of the sintered product were measured to obtained the relationships between them and the copper content, compression pressure, sintering temperature, and sintering time. A scanning electron microscope was used to observe the fracture surfaces of the sintered products, and an optical microscope was used to observe the microstructures of the sintered products. |
