| 中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在測定HP 18 高蛋白甘藷簽(C.P.7.3%)取代部分玉米飼餵肉雞,對雛雞發育、飼料利用率、屠宰率及屠體肌肉養分含量之影響。根據肉用種初生雛公母各160羽分為四處理,經飼養56日測定所得結果,其對增重及飼料換肉率,顯示玉米基礎對照飼糧與高蛋白甘藷簽20%飼糧之間以及兩種飼糧之粉狀與粒狀間,差異均不顯著。又各處理肉雞之屠宰率、屠宰肌肉之水分,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分各項成績各處理間均頗接近,一般差異亦不顯著。由此可知供試高蛋白甘藷簽經酌加牛脂、大豆粉及極小量之甲硫銨酸後確可取代肉雞飼糧中部份玉米量,而甘藷簽飼用量達飼糧之20%不論粉狀或再加工製成粒狀飼料,用以飼餵肉雞自初生雛以迄8週齡成熟時期對雛雞發育飼效以及屠體品質均無不良影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment conducted at Taiwan Livestock Research Institute was to study the effect of feeding HP 18 the high protein sweet potato chips (HPSPC) (containing 7.3% of crude protein) as substitute for substitute for partial corn grain in diet on the growth, feed efficiency and carcass quality of the broilers. 160 each of male the female day-old broiler chicks were divided into 4 treatments. A received a diet of corn as basal ingredient in meal form; in treatment B 23% of corn grain in diet was replaced by 20% of HPSPC, 2% of tallow, 1% of soybean meal and 0.1% of methionine supplementation on dry matter basis and also given in meal form; treatment 3 received the same diet as treatment A but given in pellet form; and treatment D received the same diet as treatment B but given in pellet form. Body weight of each chick was collected at intervals of 2 weeks throughout 8 weeks of the feeding trial. Feed consumption records were also kept on a pen basis. At the completion of the feeding trial, 4 males and 4 females from each of the 4 treatments were sacrificed for carcass study. Proximate analysis of the 4 experimental diets was made, crude protein content and its amino acid composition of HPSPC were also determined. The results were given in tables 2 to 5 respectively. The data indicated that the chicks fed with diets containing 20% of HPSPC grew well as those fed with the corn diet either in meal form or in pellet form. There were no significant differences of weight gains, feed convension rate of the broiler chicks and their carcass qualities among the 4 theatments. It seemed that there was little or no benifit on pellet process of the two experimental diets for the broilers. |
