中文摘要 | 本文研究鈷離子添加劑對鎳鋅系鐵氧磁鐵的影響。本實驗所用的成份為Ni0.5-xZn0.5-xCo2xFe2O4,其中X值的變化從0至0.04。實驗包括合不同鈷離子之鎳鋅系鐵氧磁鐵燒結體的製作及其物理性質的測定。燒結體的製作步驟和一般陶瓷材料相同,包括配料、混合、預燒、球磨、成型,及燒結。燒結體的物理性質測定包括燒結體的密度,晶粒大小,初導磁率(μi),Q值,及μiQ乘積。 實驗結果發現鈷離子的添加不會影響鎳鋅系鐵氧磁鐵緻密化的速率,亦不影響正常晶粒成長及不連續晶粒成長的速度。為使μiQ乘積達到最大值,燒結條件以1200℃燒結一小時為最佳。結離子的添加使得初導磁率降低,初導磁率降低的量和添加量成正比。結離子的添加量在x=0.008時使得Q值達到一極大值,此時亦使μiQ乘積達到極大值。由x=0.008推算,鈷離子的添加量以佔總成份之0.4wt%時效果最佳。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of cobalt ion additive on a Ni-Zn ferrite were studied in this experiment. The composition of the Ni-Zn ferrite studied was Ni0.5-xZn0.5-xCo2xFe2O4, where x was varied from 0 to 0.04. The experiment inc1uded the preparation of Ni-Zn ferrite samples and the measurements of the physical properties of these samples. The samples were prepared by mixing raw materials, presintering, ball milling, shaping and sintering. Then the density, grain size, initial permeability, Q value, and μiQ product of the sintered products were measured. From this experiment it was found that the addition of cobalt ion does not affect the densification rate of the Nì-Zn ferrite, nor affect the rate of normal grain growth and discontinuous grain growth. The maximum value ofμiQ product was obtained when the samples were sintered for one hour at 1200℃. It is the best sintering condition. The addition of cobalt ion causes the initial permeability to decrease. The amount of this decrease is proportional to the amount of cobalt ion added. The Q value reaches the maximum when the amount of cobalt ion added is at x=0.008. At this time the μiQ product also reaches the maximum. The composition of the sample containing the cobalt ion x=0.008 corresponds to a composition that the sample contains 0.4 wt % of cobalt ion. |
