中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的,在於求得雛菜鴨對鈣與磷的需要量。雛菜鴨二日齡起,飼養在電保溫雛器內三週,觀察飼糧中不同鈣磷含量對於菜鴨增重,飼料利用效率,脛骨灰分量,血清鈣量及血清無機磷量的影響。 菜鴨對鈣與磷之測定,係根據增重,脛骨灰分量分別對飼糧中不同鈣或磷含量做直線?歸。結果顯示,當總磷量在0.7%(有效磷0.4%)時,達頗佳增重及脛骨灰分量之最低需要量分別為0.58%及0.78%。而飼糧中鈣含量0.9%時鴨隻得到頗佳的增重及脛骨灰分量之最低有效磷量分別是0.33%及0.34%。 雛菜鴨餵予飼糧中鈣含量有0.70,0.85及1.00%與有效磷量含有0.3,0.4及0.5%時,發現鈣磷交互作用對生長增重沒有顯著差異(p>0.05)。然而當鈣0.7%有效磷0.5%時,對脛骨灰分量顯著減少(p<0.05)。雛菜鴨(0~3週)鈣磷需要量的推荐分別為0.82%及0.66%(有效磷0.36%)。 |
英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted to determine calcium and phosphorus requirement by the chinese ducks, Tsai-Ya (Anas Platyrhyncus L.). 2. day-old chines ducks were fed diets containing different levels of calcium or/and phosphorus for three weeks.Weight gain, feed efficiency, tibia ash content and levels of serum calcium and phosphorus were used as parameter for requirement. The minimum calcium requirements were 0.58% and 0.78% respectively, for maximum growth and optimum tibia ash content as determined by regression analysis on bady weight gain and tibia ash content against calcium levels in diet. The minimum available phosphorus requirements were 0.33% and 0.34% respectively for maximum body weight gain and optimum tibia ash content as obtained by the same method. Body weight gain was not affected significantly (p> 0.05) by the interaction of 3 levels of calcium (0.70, 0.85 and 1.00%) and phosphorus (0.3, 0.4 and 0.5%). Ducklings fed by the combination of 0.7% calcium 0.5% available phosphorus was significantly (p<0.05) decreased tibia ash content. The calcium and phosphorus requirements of young chinese ducks (0-3 weeks) are recommened 0.82% and 0.66% (0.36% available phosphorus) respectively. |
