| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的在繼續測定日晒?糞乾物等量取代飼糧15%飼餵來克航?對所繁殖第三代母雛生長性成熟、產卵及孵化率等生產性能之影響，以供今後利用雞糞飼餵種用雞時之參考。供試?糞乃含乾物89%、粗蛋白質18.70%、粗脂肪5.21%、粗纖維14.55%、粗灰分20.97%，根據供試第三代初生母雛普通飼料對照組69羽，雞糞飼料組117羽，仍分為兩處理經飼養18週觀察其發育及飼效並繼續調查供試母雛184羽之性成熟期與母?180羽飼養6個月之產卵率，飼料轉換率、樣卵60枚之卵品質以及供試母雞147羽所產種卵615枚之受精率與孵化率所得結果，其在飼養18週齡時每羽平均增重、飼料增重比率、母雛初產卵時日齡與體重、初生卵重、產卵率、每產卵12枚或1公斤所需飼料量、卵之殼、黃、濃蛋白、稀蛋白重佔全卵重之百分率、卵之受精率、對入卵數或受精卵數之孵化率等各項成績之平均值，順次基本飼料對照組為1358.68 gm, 5.289, 139.32日，1450.59 gm, 35.91 gm, 77.79%，1445.66 gm, 2268.78 gm, 11.89%，28.09%，29.75%，30.27%，93.85%，77.09%，82.14%；日晒乾燥?糞取代飼糧15%組為1274.85 gm, 5.597, 142.34日，1467.50 gm, 36.92 gm, 76.39%，1540.35 gm, 2421.43 gm，12.18%，27.89%，29.63%，30.30%，96.10%，80.05%，83.29%。上述各項成績經分別測定結果，兩處理間均為p>0.05，差異均不顯著，飼餵雞糞之供試第三代母雛亦均健康如常，各項生產性能，均無甚不良影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | Study was made to determine the effects of continuous feeding of the sun dried chicken manure containing dry matter 89%, crude protein 18.7%, crude fat 5.21%, Crude fiber 14.55%, Crude ash 20.97% as substitute for 15% equal weight of feed in diets on the performance of the third generation Leghorn female chicks. A total of 186 third generation day old female chicks, 184 pullets, 180 layers were used. The results were given in tables 2 to 6 respectively. It indicated that the mean value of weight gains and feed conversion rate at 18 weeks of age, pullet age and weight at the first egg, weight of the first egg, egg production, feed required to produce one dozen or one kg. of eggs during 6 months of the trial, percentage weight of egg shell, yolk, thick white and thin white, egg fertility, hatchability to hatching eggs or ratio hatchability to fertilized eggs for the basal control diet were 1358.6 gm, 5.289, 139.32 day, 1450.59 gm, 35.91gm, 77.79%, 1445.66 gm, 2268.78 gm, 11.89%, 28.09%, 29.75%, 30.27%, 93.85%, 77.09%, 82.14% while the diet containing 15% sun dried chicken manure were 1274.85 gm, 5.597, 142.34 day, 1467.50 gm, 36.92 gm, 76.39%, 1540.35 gm, 2421.43 gm, 12.18%, 27.89%, 29.63%, 30.30%, 96.10%, 80.05%, 83.29%. The analysis of variance of the above said performance determinations between the two experimental diets all showed no significant differences. The chicks fed on diet containing the sun dried chicken manure were healthy and vigorous. No detrimental effects were observed on the health of the chicks throughout three generations of the study. From the above data we found that the sun dried chicken manure which contained dry matter 89% and crude protein 18.7% could continually be used as substitute for 15% equal weight of feed ingredient in diet. There were no ill effects on the performance of the third generation Leghorn female chicks. |
