中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在測定?糞醱酵飼料及豬糞醱酵飼料取代部分飼糧對生長豬各種養分消化率及氮、磷、鈣蓄積率之影響,供試?糞醱酵飼料或豬糞醱酵飼料,係由新鮮?糞或豬糞60%,甘藷蔓及米糠各20%混合加適量之水經室溫自然醱酵約5日腐熟發芳香味時再乾燥而製成。根據供試公仔豬4頭在個別代謝籠分為五種不同處理期每期10日包括適應及收集排泄期各5日共計歷時50日測定所得結果,其對氮、鈣、磷之蓄積、熱能、乾物質、有機物、粗蛋白質、粗脂肪、粗纖維、無氮浸出物之消化率、可消化熱能、乾物質、有機物、粗蛋白質、粗脂肪、粗纖維、無氮浸出物之含量,可消化養分總量、營養率之平均值,各項成績,經分別變量分析結果處理間均極顯著(p<0.01)。一般情形飼餵含有糞便醱酵飼料豬隻之成績均較為低,而飼餵豬糞醱酵飼料者尤為更低,且有顯著之差異。但氮、磷之蓄積率、粗蛋白質之消化率、基本飼料與雞糞醱酵飼料兩處理間一般差異並不顯著(p>0.05),而營養率則基本飼料與豬糞醱酵飼料兩處理間差異亦不顯著(p>0.05),飼餵兩種糞便醱酵飼料豬隻所排糞便量均較多,此項結論與KORNAGAY氏(1977)所得結果則甚為一致。 |
英文摘要 | Total collection digestion-metabolism trial was conducted at Taiwan Livestock Research Institute in Jannary 1977. To study the effect of feeding chicken manure or hog manure fermentative feed as substitute for 15 or 30% (dry matter) of a basal corn-soybean meal diet on the nutrient digestibility as well as Nitrogen, Calcium, Phosphorus retention by the pigs. Four male crossbred weanling pigs averaging 20 kg in weight were housed individually in metabolism cages and were divided into five periods of 10 days each including 5-day adjustment and 5-day collection period. The chicken manure or hog manure fermentative feed was prepared by 60% of the fresh chicken manure of hog manure, 20% of the green sweet potato vines and 20% of rice bran with some water till 50% moisture content of the mixture and had been kept at room temperature for about 5 days and dried prior to the feeding test. The results showed that the mean retention rate of Nitrogen, Calcium, Phophorus, digestion coefficient of energy, dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, nitrogen free extract digestible energy, dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, nitrogen free extract, total digestible nutricnts and nutritive ratio of the pigs for the basal diet were 91.18%, 82.17%, 80.64%, 85.04%, 94.23%, 94.99%, 93.05%, 83.19%, 76.70%, 96.08%, 3146.43 Kcal/kg. 82.59%, 79.43%, 13.23%, 2.68%, 1.70%, 61.84%, 82.67%, and 1: 5.26; for basal diet 85%+dried chicken manure fermentative feed 15% were 84.93%, 63.04%, 70.15%, 67.41%, 87.14%, 96.38%, 90.68%, 71.42%, 62.49%, 92.51%, 2494.75 Kcal/kg, 76.52%, 78.51%, 13.08%, 2.20%, 3.19%, 54.45%, 75.67%, and 1: 4.80; for basal diet 70%+dried chicken manure fermentative feed 30% were 87.64%, 71.54%, 72.22%, 74.40%, 88.48%, 90.07%, 89.03%, 82.48%, 75.34%, 92.89%, 2676.17 Kcal/kg, 78.09%, 71.42%, 13.04%, 2.32%, 6.03%, 50%, 74.17% and 1: 4.69; for basal diet 85%+dried hog manure fermentative feed 15% were 81.09%, 66.05%, 61.89%, 62.48%, 88.77%, 88.43%, 83.01%, 74.67%, 62.86%, 92.37%, 2312.83 Kcal/kg, 77.98%, 71.73%, 11.53%, 2.39%, 3.23%, 54.43%, 74.57% and 1: 5.47; for basal diet 70%+hog manure fermentative feed 30% were 74.65%, 50.02%, 43.80%, 40.15%, 76.90%, 80.65%, 75.31%, 65.99%, 50.67%, 87.07%, 1444.20 Kcal/kg, 67.74%, 63.45%, 10.22%, 1.86%, 4.09%, 46.53%, 65.02%, and 1: 5.38. The difference of the above said determinations among the 5 treatments all showed very significant (p<0.01). The nutrient values of the diet containing 15% and 30% of the chicken or hog manure fermentative feed fed the growing pigs showed lower than that of the basal corn soybean control diet. However either the retention rate of Nitrogen and Phosphorus as well as the digestion coefficeint of the crude protein between the basal diet and the chicken manure fermentative feed diet or the Nutritive ratio between the basal diet and the hog manure fermentative feed diet all showed no significant difference (P>0.05). |
