中文摘要 | 以鳳梨開英品種之冠芽及組織培養出之小植株,在控制環境下,行水耕試驗,研究pH 4.0~8.0對鳳梨生長、NO3、NH4及K之吸收及組織中無機成分之影響。研究結果認為鳳梨適宜生長之pH範圍在4.0~6.0,而以pH 4.5~5.5最為理想。pH4.0最有利於根之生長,而pH7.0以上,鳳梨新葉成缺鐵黃化。 高pH有利於K及NH4之吸收,而低pH有利於NO3-之吸收。但鳳梨在過高pH下,根易受傷害,生長受制而減少K及NO3的吸收,尤以pH8.0為甚。組織中N、P、K、Mg、Fe及Zn含量,受介質pH之影響不大,但高pH,顯著地增加組織中Ca之含量,Mn則在pH8.0時,顯著地增加含量。本文中討論H+如何影響根之生長、離子吸收及組織中無機成分之含量。 |
英文摘要 | Pineapple plants of Smooth Caynne' variety propagated from crowns or tissue culture were grown in solution culture with pH range from 4.0 to 8.0 under controlled environment. The optimum pH for growth of pineapples were found in the range from 4.0 to 6.0. However, the best growth is considered obtainable within the pH range from 4.5 to 5.5. The best growth of pineapple roots was obtained at pH 4.0 and iron chlorosis was induced above pH 7.0. High pH favors K and NH4 uptake and a low pH favors the uptake of NO3. Injury to pineapple roots and depression of nutrient uptake occrued at higher pH values, especially at pH 8.0. The contents of N, P, K, Mg, Fe and Zn in plant were not profoundly different within the pH range from 4.0 to 8.0. However, the Ca content in tissues increased with increasing pH and Mn content only significantly increased at pH 8.0. The effect of H+ on root growth, ion uptake and the mineral content in the tissue were discussed in this paper. |
