中文摘要 | 台農57號甘藷刈絲分成皮部及中肉部,中肉部部份陰乾後8Kg 以正已燒萃取其油腊部份,並分別以2%NaOH溶液,3%Na2CO溶液處理,分成中性部份(Nent ral Extraction N.E.)酚性部份 (Phenoic Extration P.E.)及酸性部份(Acidic Extraction A.E.)等,將所得全部分別添入基本飼料取代部份黃豆油飼養小白鼠,以觀察甘藷正已烷抽出物之營養效果。離乳之Sprague-Dawley品系幼鼠,經12日之保存飼料飼養後,依其生長發育情形和性別分配為四組,每組雌雄各5隻,第一組為控制組給基本飼料,第二組添加N.E.(佔基本飼料0.6%), 第三組添加P.E.(佔基本飼料0.7%),第四組添加A.E.(佔基本飼料0.2%),均採用對飼育法(Pair-feeding),共飼養八週,每週測定體重一次,第六週開始分別收集尿、糞為期十二天,並分析尿中creatinine含量及糞便總N量以便瞭解蛋白質之消化率,飼養終了時以乙醚麻醉,自心臟抽血後由頸靜脈放血,取其肝臟測定其質量、及蛋白質、RNA、DNA、脂肪之含量,血液則作血紅蛋白、血漿蛋白、血球比容、及血漿總膽固醇量之分析;所得之結果如下: 1.體重變化:因受飼料限制及食慾影響各組到了第七週後均有體重減輕之趨勢,在飼養期間添加P.E及A.E.兩組食慾稍差,體重增加率亦稍差,添加N.E.組則食慾較好。 2.內臟變化:將各組老鼠解剖並分求主要臟器佔體重百分比,除了添加N.E.組肝臟所佔比例稍大,而腦所佔比例稍小外,其他臟器無特殊差異;而在試驗組老鼠之肝臟方面,發現有較高之蛋白質含量,且Protein/DNA、RNA/DNA亦有較高傾向,然而DNA則有較低之現象,又添加N.E.及P.E.兩組肝臟所含脂肪量有偏高現象。 3.糞及尿變化:將試驗組creatinine普遍較低,糞便總N量添加N.E.組有偏高現象;而蛋白質之消化率則以 N.E.組較差。 4.血液到化:整體而言,全血及血清比重並無顯著之差異現象,添加N.E.組有較低之全血蛋白,及較低之血漿總膽固醇含量;添加P.E.組則有較高之全血蛋白,血清蛋白及血漿總膽固醇含量。 |
英文摘要 | The fresh Tai-non No.57 sweet potato rootstocks were chipped and airdried in the shade. 8 Kgs of the dried chips were extracted with n-hexane. The organic extract was further separated into three fractions, the phenolic extract (PE), the acidic extract (AE), and the neutral extract (NE.) by treatment with 3% Na2 CO3 and 2% Na OH in succession. The yield of each fraction was: N. E. 18g; P. E. 21g; and A. E. 6g. To prepare the test diet, each extract was incorporated into the basal diet, substituted for an equal weight of soybean oil, with other constituents left unmodified. Weanling Sprague-Dawley strain rats after feeding on a stock diet for 12 days, were divided into four groups on the basis of growth condition and sex. Each group consisted of 5 male and 5 female rats. Through out the 8 wks test feeding period, they were pair-fed the basal diet, the N.E. diet (containlng 0.6% NE in the diet), the P.E. diet (0.7% PE), and the Eli diet (0.2% AE). Body weights were measured weekly. Collections of urine and feces were made from the beginning of the 6th week on for 12 days. Urinary creatinine content and total fecal N content were determined. At the end of the test feeding, rats were sacrificed for the analyses of liver and blood parameters. The following results were found. 1. All rats showed decreased body weights after 7 weeks of test feeding, due to the decreased appetite, especially in the PE and AE groups, the body weight of the NE group was only a slightly lower than the controls. 2. All the three test groups had higher liver protein contents and lower DNA contents, when expressed as mg per g liver resulted in higher ratios of protein/DNA and RNA/DNA. 3. All the three test groups had lower creatinine excretion. Fecal N was highest in the NE group which also showed a lower apparent protein digestibility. 4. No significant difference was found in the specific gravities of the whole blood and plasma. The NE group showed lower hemoglobin, plasma protein and cholesterol values. |
