| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探求噴施simazine和simetryne於水稻葉面之恰當時期,以及處理溫度;不同種類之氮肥因素之影響,冀求得增加蛋白質含量和產量之最佳效果。結果簡述如下: 不論simazine或simetryne以5ppm濃度噴施於水稻葉面皆有提高穀粒中蛋白質含量之效果。就一般言,兩種藥劑可提高蛋白質5%~8%左右。用NH4-N作為N肥時 在30°~25℃(日~夜溫)狀況下,藥劑處理者穀粒中之蛋白質含量約超過未處理者˙10%。噴施時期對穀粒中蛋白質含量無顯著之影響。總氨基酸含量會因藥劑處理而增高,但各別氨基酸之含量與蛋白質含量之多寡並無一定之相關。噴施時期影響穀粒產量及其他農藝性狀,在開花期藥劑處理比對照植株獲得較高之穀粒產量和結實率。25°~20℃溫度處理會減低穀粒產量,主要是由於結實率受到影響。在施銨態氮肥狀況下,植株生長較施硝酸態肥為佳,可獲得較高之穀粒產量。但二者間對穀粒中蛋白質及氨基酸含量並無顯著之影響。總之,低濃度噴施simetryne或simazine於水稻葉面,以求增加穀粒中蛋白質含量為可行而經濟之方法。加氮肥及溫度或其他栽培技術等因素之配合,可同時提高蛋白質含量和產量之最佳利益。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study was undertaken to investigate the optimum time for applying simazine and simetryne to rice cultivars for increasing the protein and amino acid contents in grains, and also to look fore the best combination with the application temperature and types of nitrogen fertilizer to enhance the protein content as well as the grain yield. Both of Taichung (N) 1 (indica type) and Taichung 65 (japonica type) were grown in glass rooms of a phytotron. The protein content in grains was increased with the foliar-applied simazine and simetryne at 5 ppm concentration without affecting the grain yield. Generally the percentage of increase in protein content of grains treated with chemicals was higher about 5% to 8% over that of the untreated controls. On the basis of NH4-N application as N-fertilizer, the protein content in grains which were treated with chemicals at 30℃-25℃ condition was much higher about 10% than that of the controls. The total amino acid in grain protein of chemical treatments at the condition of the NH4-N applied as the nitrogen source were higher than that of untreated contrils. It seems no correlation between the protein content and lysine or any other particular amino acid in grain protein among treatments. The treated time of simazine or simetryne did affect significantly on the yield of grain and other agronomic characters. Plants treated with chemicals at flowering stage gave more grain weight and percentage of filled than those of untreated controls. Application at low temperature (25℃-20℃), rather than the chemical treatments themselves, might induce the lower grain yield which was the result of an increase in sterility. The plants receiving NH4-N as the N-fertilizer produced higher grain yield than those receiving NO3-N as nitrogen source, there had no significant effect on the protein and amino acid contents between them. In view of above results, it is suggested that the protein content as well as total protein yield could be increased by the application of simazine or simetryne for the rice production and it may be safe and practical for the first crop season of rice in Taiwan. |
