中文摘要 | 利用α-NA的氧化力探討異型水稻根部之活力與葉片老化,呈現褐色斑以及健全綠葉存活的關係,曾於63年第1、2期作使用日本型與印度型水稻各4種,64年1期作各2種,依常法種植於排水不良易呈還原狀態之臺灣大學農學院附設農業試驗場水田,於各生育期調查主稈葉數、枯葉數、褐色斑葉數、健全綠葉數等之結果,顯示日本型水稻枯葉數少,綠葉存活百分率高,未呈褐色斑外觀正常綠葉數較多;而印度型水稻則下位葉枯黃較快,多呈褐色葉斑,外觀正常綠葉數亦顯著減少,而此種現象至生育後期更為顯著。於生育後期採取日本型與印度型水稻止葉以下4葉之葉片分析鉀與鐵兩要素之濃度結果,發現印度型水稻葉片中鉀濃度偏低,而鐵濃度偏高,兩者均超過臨界含量標準(26),推論可能係誘致葉片褐色斑出現及枯黃老化較快之主要原因。為瞭解植株葉部之表現特性與根部活力之相關關係,經利用α-NA測定兩型水稻不同生育期完整根(intact root)或同一生育期間同一根?分離根氧化力之結果,均顯示日本型水稻根部之氧化力有高於印度型水稻之趨勢。印度型水稻對水田環境氧化、還原程度的反應敏感,此種特性在水稻栽培上似可應用為水田氧化、還原之指標植物。 |
英文摘要 | The root activities of japonica type and indica type rice varieties at different growth stages were diagnosed with the aid of α-naphythylamine oxdizing abilities. The relations among leaf senescence, brown spotted leaf, healthy green leaf and root activities have been studied with a special reference to the varietal difference. Those which blong to the japonica type cultured in a poor drained paddy field revealed stronger persistence in keeping healthy green leaves than that of indica type throughout the First (Spring) and Second (Fall) Crop seasons. Potassium and iron contents in the leaves of both japonica type and indica type rices grown in same paddy field, were analyzed with an atomic absorption spectorphotometer. The results showed that there was less potassium and more iron in the leaves of indica type rice. Potassium deficiency together with iron excess in the leaf may cause leaf spots occurrence and leaf senescence of indica type rice. Root activities of both types were compared with the oxidizing ability of intact root or excised root to α-naphythylamine at different growth stages. The result also showed that the oxidizing abilities of japonica type rices were much higher than those of indica type at the same growth stage. These facts seem to correlate intimately with the differences of leaf senescence and brown spot appearance between japonica type and indica type rices. The characteristics of sensitive response of indica type rice to detrimental reduced paddy field conditions suggest the possibility of utilizing this type of rice as a "plant indicator" to diagnose the red-ox state of a paddy in the practice of rice culture. |
