英文摘要 | Three F2 populations obtained from the crosses of Taichung 65 (late mature)× A37 (early mature isogenic line), IR-20 (small seed size)× Peta (large seed size) and I-kung-bau (tall plant)×I-kung-bau 4-2 (semidwarf isogenic line), and their parents were used to investigate the inheritance modes of the F2 plants for several seedling characters. The environmental variance in all characters was very small that the phenotypic values of F2 plants were made up almost only of the genotypic effect. The heritability values of seedling vigor. length of seedling and length of root were very high in all populations. The variations of F2 population of Taichung 65×A37 for seedling vigor and length of seedling, and the I-kung-bau×I-kung-bau 4-2 for length of seedling apparently showed that there were two peaks of distributions in the inheritance mode, and those characters are controlled monogenically. The inheritance modes of the F2 distributions were more or less normal and the transgressive segregation in all characters, such as, seedling vigor in I-kung-bau×I-kung-bau 4-2, and IR-20× Peta, length of seedling in IR-20× Peta, and length of root in all the populations. These results revealed that the inheritance of F2 plants are under the control of various gene effects, and with intra- and inter-allelic interaction or additive effects, and poly-genic effects. |
