| 中文摘要 | 依THSENG, et al(17)之大豆育伸性分類法,從大豆品種鈴成(有限型)與紫花4號(無限型)之雜種後代F7中選出認為以固定之有限型、半無限型及無限型各10系統作為試驗材料,研究此三型間農藝特定之結果: (一)比較三?間之特性,一般發現百粒重及開花期呈:有限型>半無限型>無限型;以及收量呈:半無限型>無限型>有限型之關係外,其他性狀如主莖節數、分枝、株高、莢數、粒數、開花期間和成熟期以及粒大、葉柄長和葉長之變異係數都呈:無限型>半無限型>有限型之傾向。 (二)個別計算三種伸育型所調查的15個農藝性狀間之相關結果:一般遺傳相關均比表現型相關為大。除開花期與成熟期在半無限型以及開花期與產量在半無限型及無限型不呈顯著性相關外,其他調查之性狀間關係,三型大致相似,同時其結果也與前人所報告者一致。 (三)比較主莖節數同數而伸育型不同之三種伸育型間農藝性狀結果:開花期、開花期間、開花後植株增加之高度和主莖上下部份直徑大小差異,以及粒大、葉柄長和葉長之變異係數均呈:無限型>半無限型>有限型之關係。分枝數、莢數及粒數呈:有限型>半無限型無限型之關係。成熟期以半無限型比無限型早,而有限型未達成熟期已枯萎。百粒重與收量則呈:半無限型=無限型>有限型之關係,但在低溫來臨前若加覆蓋則有限型能達完熟期,其產量及百粒重則又呈:有限型>半無限型>無限型之關係。 (四)以上述試驗之結果關於今後臺灣秋作大豆之育種應育成何種伸育型比較適當曾加以檢討。 |
| 英文摘要 | Ten lines of each determinate, semi-indeterminate and indeterminate type of soybeans was obtained from F7 generation after a cross between Suzunari (determinate type) and Shika 4 (indeterminate type). All lines were evaluated for their characteristic differences, following Thseng et al's (17) classification in soybean growth habit. Results were concluded as follows: 1. The agronomic traits among three types showed that 100 seed weight and days to flowering were determinate > semi-indeterminate > indeterminate type. Yield was semi-indeterminate > indeterminate >determinate type. In other traits as node number on main stem, branch number, plant height, pod number, period of flowering and leaf length showed indeterminate > semi-indeterminate > determinate type. 2. Among 15 agronomic traits investigated showed that genotypic correlation was higher than phenotypic correlation in all three different growth habit types. Except the days to flowering did not correlate with maturity in semi-indeterminate type and days to flowering did not correlate with yield in both semi-indeterminate and indeterminate type, the correlation of all traits showed some similarity among all three types. These data also agree with the results of other. 3. When comparing the same node number on main stem of three types showed that the days to flowering, period of flowering, increased plant height after flowering and stem diameter difference along with the coefficient variability of seed size, petiole length and length were indeterminate> semi-indeterminate >determinate type. Branch number, pod number and seed number showed determinate>semi-indeterminate=indeterminate type. The semi-indeterminate type matured earlier than inderminate type and all determinate type were dead before reaching maturity. The 100 seed weight and yield showed semi-indeterminate= indeterminate> determinate type. If vinyl house was used on determinate type in order to reach maturity then yield and 100 seed weight were changed to determinate > semi-indeterminate > indeterminate type. 4. Future development in breeding suitable fall crop of soybean related to growth habit in Taiwan has been discussed. |
