中文摘要 | 稻蛋白質含量受環境因子之影響甚大,故如何減少環境因子之影響,並採取有代表性的樣本供作蛋白質分析之用,乃在高蛋白稻育種上極為重要。為解決此問題,曾就四種稻品種探討其株間,株內,及種內蛋白質含量之變異。並曾研討種子重量及種子結實率對蛋白質之影響。 同一植株內發育良好的五個稻穗之間及同一種內,上、中、下三部位,不同榖粒間之蛋白質含量,並無顯著之差異。但試區與試區之間及在同一試區內不同植株之間之蛋白質含量則有顯著之差異。千粒種與蛋白質有負相關關係。結實率亦與蛋白質有負相關關係。但此種負相關關係因品種之不同,有時顯著,有時不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | In order to determine proper sampling techniques for selecting among single plants, or plant progenies for protein content, protein variabilities among plants, among panicles of a plant and among different parts of a panicle were studied. The effects of grain weight and seed fertility on protein content were also investigated. There were no significant differences in protein content among the five best developed panicles within a plant nor among different parts of a panicle. But siginficant differences were found among plants within a plot and between plots, 1,000 kernel weight was negatively correlated or not significatly correlated depending on genotypes. |
