中文摘要 | 1.本文以桃園縣南坎附近一缺磷、缺氮之土壤作實驗材料,(此地區多種植水稻為主),測定該土壤在添加各種肥料(包括磷、鈣及稻藁液)後,觀察稻子之生長及細菌之生長,尤其調查固氮菌與固磷菌在土壤裏之數量。 2.細菌包括非共生固氮菌(Azotobacter)與固磷菌,對於土壞的酸鹼度與缺磷很敏感,而稻藁液中含有大量的□源可明顯地促進稻子的生長與細菌數目的增加。 3.由結果顯示施肥對於高等植物與細菌均有利。通常施肥後瞬間肥料即被微生物使用貽盡,造成高等植物可用之營養素缺乏,可見土壞中細菌與稻子之間具有相互關係存在。細菌可能是高等植物營養素的貯藏來源(至少對於氮與磷酸),然而高等植物由於具有放出氨基酸、糖與維他命的能力,故亦可利於細菌的生長。 |
英文摘要 | Rice and it's rhizosphere bacteria responsed to the application of various types of fertilizers including calcium , phosphate, and straw extract in a nutrients poor soil were observed. After appling the fertilizers, rice growth stimulated and the numbers of bacteria in the rhizosphere increased remarkbly. Bacteria including Azotobacter and poly - pmsphate granules accumulating bacteria were sensitive to soil pH, and to the deficiency of phosphate. The straw extract w-hich cootained a large quantity of carbon source enhanced markedly the growth of rice crop and also the number of bacteria. The results indicated both higher plant and bacteria benefit from the appli-cation of fertilizers. Commonly, fertilzers become rather unavailable for the higher plant Soon after application. This is to suggest, that interaction between the rice and bacteria always exist in soils ; bacteria may be a reserve source of nutrients (at least for the nitrogen and phosphate) for the higher plants on a long term basis , whereas the higher plants by virtue of their capability of excreting amino - acids, sugars and vitamins , could in terms benefit the bacteria . |
