中文摘要 | 腎上腺切除後之老鼠,必須自體外攝取大量鹽分,以維衡常,故對鹽水之攝取量大增。但對低濃度鹽水之攝取,卻比0.9鹽水還少,與衡常概念相違。味覺刺激能提高飲食最,若改善低濃度鹽水的味覺刺激,當能提高鹽水的攝取量,而有助於維持衡常。十八隻老鼠在切除腎上腺後,對純鹽水的攝取,與手術前無異。但對含糖鹽水的攝取,如有顯著的改變...對含0.5鹽分糖水的攝取最,變得比對含1.0鹽分者為多,符合作者的預期。 |
英文摘要 | Adrenalectomized rats have to increase their salt intake to maintain hemeostasis. But, compared to 0.9 salt solution intake, they drink lesser amount of salt solution with concentrationless than 0.9. This kind of ingestive behavior deviates from the concept of homeostasis. Better taste could elevate the amount of solution intake. The taste of salt solution could be improved by adding 8 sugar. It was expected that the amount of intake of less concentrated salt solution would increase after taste treatment, so that the homeostasis could be maintained. Eighteen rats were used as subjects. The ingestive preference between water and salt solution did not change after adrenalectomy. However, different from normal state, adrenalectomized rats drank more sugar solution with 0.5 salt than that with 1 salt. The expectation of this experiment was thus confirmed. |
