中文摘要 | (一)落花生之有效結莢率及授精花比率均隨著盛花期溫度的增高而增加。其產量亦隨溫度的增高而提高。在盛花期20℃以下之低溫都會嚴重地影響其有效結夾率、授精花比率及產量。 (二)盛花期之溫度影響種子的脂肪含量和蛋白質含量,溫度高則脂肪含量提高,而蛋白質含量?降低;反之,溫度低,則脂肪量含量降低,而蛋白質含量提高。 (三)脂肪含量與蛋白質含量呈負相關,但溫度對脂肪含量的變化幅度較大(30℃與15℃兩者間相差6.6),而蛋白質之變化幅度較小(30℃與15℃兩者間相差2.0)。 (四)落花生三品種金時、臺農3號及NC-2各屬於Valencia型、Spanish型及Virginia型,不論就有效結莢率、授精花比率或產量而言,NC-2均較其他兩者為高,而脂肪含量以臺農3號及金時較高,蛋白質含量以金時最高,NC-2次之,臺農3號較少。 (五)各性狀品種×溫度之交感作用中,授精花比率、總授精花數、乾莢重及粒子重均呈1%之顯著水準,其他則不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was basically designed to study the influence of temperature at blooming stage on the yield, oil content, protein content and other important characters of peanut. This experiment was conducted at phytotron of the Taiwan Agricultural Research Center. Different temperatures treated at blooming stage of peanut were showed in tables. Peanut Varieties of Kingsu, Tainung No. 3 and NC-2 were used. Following conclusions were tentatively made: (1) The high ratio of functional pods, high ratio of fertilized flowers and high yields of peanut were obtained when temperatures at blooming stage were high. The temperatures below 20℃ will affect deeply the ratio of functional pods, ratio of fertilized flowers and yields. (2) High oil content and low protein content were obtined when the temperatures at blooming stage were high. Contrarily, we would obtain low oil content and high protein content when the temperatures at blooming stage were low. (3) Negative correlation between oil content and protein content was found in this experiment. But the different range of oil content was larger than that of protein content. (4) Three Varieties Kinsu, Tainung No. 3 and NC-2 belong to Valencia type, Spanish type and Virginia type respectively. No matter what the temperature of blooming stage were, the ratio of functional pods, ratio of fertilized flower, and yield of NC-2 were higher than those of Tainung No. 3 and Kingsu. (5) The oil content of Tainung No. 3 and Kingsu was higher than that of NC-2. The protein content of Kingsu was the highest, Tainung No. 3 was the lowest. (6) The interaction of Variety X temperature reached 1% significance level in some characters such as ratio of fertilized flower, total no. of fertilized flowers, weight of dry seeds and weight of dry pods. |
