中文摘要 | 以Armavirec, B65-40, Peredovik, Leth 57-11, Chernianka, Jupiter 及Smena等7品種用人工控制自交、什交及混交等不同授粉方法授粉後調查其結實率結果,以天然受粉(有蜜蜂作媒介)之88.46%為最高,其次為雜交71.74~82.91%,再次為混交62.72~79.39%,而以自交最低僅10.10~35.07%。其結實率範圍天然受粉什交、混交、自交依次分別為34.60~100%,17.89~100%,11.51~100%,0~100%。可證向日葵具有自花不和合性之一種異花受粉作物。 在自交授粉方法中,以加玉米花粉隔日授粉一次之結實率為最高,較每日授粉一次增加55%,較隔日授粉一次增加54%及較加玉米花粉每日授粉一次增加13%(均達1%顯著平準)。雜交及混交則恰與自交相反,以每日授粉一次之結實率為最高,雜交每日授粉一次較隔日授粉一次增加12%,較加玉米花粉隔日授粉一次增加9%(60年秋作不顯著,61年春作達1%顯著平準)及較加玉米花粉每日授粉一次減少1%,惟不顯著。混交每日授粉一次較隔日授粉一次增加2%,較加玉米花粉每日授粉一次增加3%(60年秋作不顯著,61年春作達1%顯著平準)及較加玉米花粉隔日授粉一次增加22%(二作均達1%顯著平準)。 |
英文摘要 | Fertility percetage of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L. ) was investigated after 7 varieties, e.i. Armarvirec, B65-40, Peredovik, Leth 57-11, Chernianka, Jupiter and Smena etc. were pollinated under artificial control by the different pollination methods-Self-polinated, Cross-pollinated and Bulk cross-pollinated and so on. Open-pollination (Bee as vector) with 88.46% fertility percentage was the highest in all the pollination methods, followed 71.74-82.91% by cross-pollination, 62.72-79.39% by bulk cross-pollination, 10.10-35.07% by self-pollination. Hence sunflower can be proved as a cross-pollinated crop with self-incompatibility. On self-pollination, to mix corn pollen and pollinate once 2 days was the highest in fertility percentage and increased the fertelity of 55% in comparison with only pollinating once a day, 54% in comparison with only pollinating once 2 days, 13% in comparison with mixing corn pollen & pollinating once a day (All are up to 1% significant level). On cross-pollination & bulk cross-pollination, to pollinate once a day was the highest in fertility percentage. On cross-pollination, to pollinate once a day increased the fertility of 12% in comparison with pollinating once 2 days, 9% in comparison with mixing corn pollen and pollinating once 2 days (no significance in Fall crop of 1971 and up to 1% significant level in Spring crop of 1972), and reduced the fertility of 1% in comparison with mixing corn pollen & pollinating once a day (NS). On bulk cross-pollination, to pollinate once a day increased the fertility of 2% in comparison with pollinating once 2 days, 3% in comparison with mixing corn pollen & pollinating once a day (NS in Fall crop of 1971, and up to 1% significant level in Spring crop of 1972), and 22% in comparison with mixing corn pollen & pollinating once 2 days (2 crops are up to 1% significant level). |
