| 英文摘要 | In order to enlarge the current small family farm size and to increase management efficiency, encouraging Joint Farm Operations should be considered the most feasible approach nowadays. The facts demonstrate that it is possible it is possible to organize a successful Joint Farming Operation Team if there is an intensive social interaction network among the farmers themselves. The development of such an intensive interaction network is mainly attributed to the kinship lineage and neighborhood relationship, but its formalization was generally made possible through the agricultural extension activities. Experience has shown that the Joint Farming Operation Team has to go through a long development process before they can work effectivly. The economic goals are usually differentiated from social or education goal. It is more difficult to organize an effective team which at the beginning follows economic goal. The data indicate that in order to eliminate the prevailing over-loaded burden and ambiguous division of labor a clearer status-role consciousness among the extension agent, team leader and the team member should be developed. In addition to this, a well-designed training program in leadership and group dynamics should be provided to team leader and extension agent. Finally, with the present farm incomes, it is necessary to provide some subsides to those who are engaged in Joint Farming Operations to lower the cost of operations, and also to encourage the formation of new Joint Farming Operation Teams. |
