英文摘要 | In an automatic-driven arc furnace reaction chamber with large aspect ratio (= length/innerdiameter), the production yield of C�� Powder was observed to be very close related to the helium gas flowrate. A model is proposed to explain this relation. In the meantime, solution growth technique is applied to obtain C�� crystals of about 1 mm�� size. The properties of the as-obtained C�耶�� powder and crystals are determined by Electron-Impact (EI) mass spectrum and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The thermal reaction of C�� in the flow of air, nitrogen gas, and/or helium gas studied by the DTA/TGA analyses are alsorenorted. |
