英文摘要 | In order to determine the catch efficiency of trawl nets in Taiwan, we carried out the investigation on trawling gears from 50-500IP trawlers berthed in Keelung Port area. The following show the relations between the maximum continuous shaft horse power of a main engine and the capacity of trawl winch, and between the maximum continuous shaft horse power of the main engine and such fishing gear as trawl warp, otter board and trawl net, etc. (1) Relations between P (IP) and the length of head-line of a trawl net H (m) are approximately formulated as follows, (Fig. 2) H=26+0.049IP. (2) Relations between P (IP) and A2 d/l(m2) are approximately expressed in the following formula, (Fig. 2) A2 d/l≒75+0.44IP. (3) A survey has been made on the proportions of net-parts of various kinds of trawl nets in use with result as follows: The proportions among the length of wing net, square ndt, body net and cod end are 1: 0.18: 1.18: 0.54. (4) Relations between P (IP) and the shaft horse power Tw (IP) of trawl winch are approximately expressed in the following formula, (Fig. 4) Tw=9+0.0681IP. (5) Relations between P (IP) and the diameter D(mm) of trawl warp are approximately formulated as follows, (Fig. 5) D=11+0.019IP (6) Relations between P (IP) and the capacity C(m2) of fish-hold are approximately formulated as follows, (Fig. 6) C=7+0.3226IP. (7) Relations between P (IP) and the area S(m2) of an otter-board are approximately formulated as follows, (Fig. 7) S=0.61+0.0077IP. (8) Relations between P (IP) and the weight of the otter-board in air W(ton) are approximately formulated as follows, (Fig. 8) W=0.05+0.0006IP. |
