中文摘要 | (一)民國59年1月起至同年12月止,以FHK誘蚊燈兩盞懸掛在種畜場育種場之不同豬舍內,經過249次調查,計得蚊類標本69,051本,內含8種不同蚊類,白頭家蚊27,375(39.6%),環紋家蚊25,775本(37.3%),熱帶家蚊6,113本(8.8%),三斑家蚊4,598本(6.6%),多斑瘧蚊2,930本(4.2%),中華瘧蚊2,216本(3.2%)及二斑家蚊與白腹家蚊各22本。 (二)民國59年7月起至同年12月止,在同一豬舍內懸掛FHK與New Jersey 不同誘蚊燈各一盞,經116次分別調查結果,共得標本55,192本。前者誘得標本45,111(81.7%),後者得標本10,081本(18.3%),前者較後者多得4倍以上。 (三)白頭家蚊、環紋家蚊及三斑家蚊等三種蚊類對其發生溫度相若,發生溫度為18~29℃,最適溫為28℃。熱帶家蚊發生適溫為24℃,中華瘧蚊為22℃~25℃,多斑瘧蚊為22℃。 (四)日本腦炎之發生,除由三斑家蚊及環紋家蚊為中間媒介外,白頭家蚊、中華瘧蚊及多斑瘧蚊等之雌蚊亦能吮血,此三種蚊頭是否亦能傳播病毒,有待進一步之研究。 |
英文摘要 | The seasonal succession of mosquitoes has been studied at Farm Animals Breeding Station in Ting-ta-pu, Chu-nan. The light traps were set up in hog barns and operated five nights a week. The speciments of mosquitoes were brought back to the laboratory every morning for identification. Results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Moquitoes wer collected with two FHK (blue-black) light traps from the 19th of January, through the 31st of December, 1970. The total number of mosquitoes collected was 69,051. The most abundant species was C. fuscocephalus, comprising 39.6% of the total number of mosquitoes collected. The other seven species, ie., C. fatigans, C. tritaeniorhynchus, A. tessellatus, A. sinensis, C. bitaeniorhynchus, and Armigers subalbatus, and their percentages out of the total number of mosquitoes collected were 37.3%, 8.8%, 6.6%, 4.2%, 3.2%, and 0.3% (C. bitaeniorhynchus and Armigers subalbatus combined), respectively. 2. The two different light traps (FHK-blue-black and New Jersey-candescent) were set up simultaneously in the same hog barns to collect mosquitoes for another period, i.e., from July to December, 1970. The total number of mosquitoes collected was 55,192. It was of interest to note that the FHK type trapped 45,111 mosquitoes, whereas the New Jersey type, 10,081 ones. 3. Climatic conditions, particulary the temperature changes, appeared to be associated with the seasonal distribution of mosquitoes. C. fuscocephalus, C. annulus, and C. tritaeniorhynchus were found breeding prosperously in the temperature range of 18°-19℃, particularly at 28℃, while C. fatigans, A sinensis, and A. tesselatus were found prosperous at 24℃, 22°-25℃, and 22℃, respectively. 4. It was pointed out that both C. tritaeniorhynchus and C. annulus were the important vectors of the Japanese encephalitis in Taiwan. Like these two species, C. fuscocephalus, A. tesselatus, and A. sinensis also feed on animal blood. Therefore, a futher study is needed to find out the relationship between the occurrence of the Japanese encephalities and the species of mosquitoes other than C. tritaeniorhynchus and C. annulus. |
