中文摘要 | (一)本試驗之目的為從圃場之微氣候加以分析早晚作菸各生長期之生長特性,進而探求其綜合關係,以比較早作及晚作菸草之生長環境,使菸草能充分,經濟,有效地運用圃場自然環境,為今後栽培法改良之依據。 (二)生長分析結果,早植者各生長期之葉面積指數,葉片生長速,乾物生產效率及生長速都高,故菸草植期早者在圃場生育相不但大,菸葉亦較充實,可由葉面積率證明之。 (三)從微氣候因子來分析,植期早者平均氣溫,日最高氣溫,日最低氣溫都比晚植者高,日照率亦然。早植因生育相大,對日照利用亦較經濟有效。 (四)微氣候因子中與一株菸草全葉面積及全乾重增加相關性最密切者為蒸發量與地溫,其相關係數均達顯著之水準。淨同化率(NAR)以日最低氣溫,其次為蒸發量及平均氣溫關係最密切。葉面積比生長率(RLGR)以最高氣溫及蒸發量關係最重要。 (五)產量、總價、單價、乾燥率比較結果,植期早者最高,尤其早植與晚植之間差異均達顯著之水準。 (六)化學成分分析結果,植期早者,尼古丁,揮發性鹼,全氮都比晚植者低之趨向。 (七)總之,菸草定植期早晚,主要為所處氣候環境之不同影響到葉片,乾重等生長速之差異,最後從菸葉之產量,品質反應出早植之有利性及重要性。 |
英文摘要 | 1. The purposes of this experiment were to investigate the characteristics of plant growth affected by field microclimate at different planting time and to find the most suitable environmental conditions for the production of tobacco in the field. 2. The results of plant growth studying, LAI, rate of leaf growth and the efficiency of dry matter, for early planting were larger than late planting. It was also observed from the variation of LAR that the plant growth phase and leaf maturity in early planting were better than that in late planting. 3. The microclimatic factors, the mean, maximum and minimum temperature and the ratio of sunshine, observed in the field for the early planting were higher than that in late planting. The larger growth phase of the early planting tobacco in the field was due to the more economical and effective utilization of high temperature and sufficient sunshine. 4. Among the microclimatic factors measured, the increase of total leaf area and the total dry matter per plant were negatively and significantly correlated with the amount of evaporation and soil temperature. NAR was highly correlated with the minimum temperature. RLGR was much more associated to the maximum temperature and evaporation. 5. The early planting tobacco always had higher yield , total price and price per Kg. The analysis of variance showed that the difference between the early and late plantings was significant. 6. The analysis of chemical components, indicated a tendency that the nicotine and total nitrogen content were higher in late planting tobacco. 7. In conclusion, the effect of microclimate caused by the date of planting on tobacco was so great that the rate of leaf growth and dry matter accumulation of the tobacco plants were affected profoundly. Thus, in order to obtain better quality and higher yield of tobacco, early planting of tobacco is strongly recommended. |
