中文摘要 | 本文在研究X-射線對早期雞胚發育之影響,選擇卵用種雞秀拔(shaver)288#已受精的蛋400個置於情況良好之孵卵器中孵化。孵至第三天選出其中發育良好之早期雞胚365個,分成五組,每組73個,第I組為對照組,其餘四組分別以103R/分鍾的劑量率,照射58".3,2' 55", 6'48"及10' 41",即其X-射線的總劑量分別為100R,300R,700R及1100R。 於X-射線處理後之第2,5,8,11,15,18天,分別自每組取出雞胚6隻,秤胚重,量體長,檢查其畸形及死亡之情形,經檢查結果顯示;照射1100R之雞胚,於照後2天內全部死亡。對照組之死亡率為4.11%經照100R,300R及700R者其死亡率分別為13.7%,19.18%及71.23%,其畸形情形,第Ⅱ組為2.94%,第Ⅲ組為10%,第Ⅳ組為25%,其畸形多在喙部,趾短及腳內彎等。各實驗組之最後體重分別較對照組減少,Ⅱ為3.51%,Ⅲ為7.49%,Ⅳ為19.78%,而各實驗組之最後體長分別較對照組減少;Ⅱ為0.99%,Ⅲ為2.3%,Ⅳ為5.54%,經F測定法測驗知700R之X-射線對雞胚之身長體重有顯著性的抑制。其他如300R,100R者之抑制作用均不顯著。 本研究結果顯示高劑量之X-射線(1100R)對早期雞胚有致死之效果,劑量稍低者(700R)雖使早期雞呸致死減少(71.23%)卻引起較高的畸形率(25%)並對雞胚的生長具有顯著性的抑制作用,劑量更低者(300R及100R),對早期雞胚之致死及畸形率亦更低,並對雞胚之身長體重亦具有較小而不顯著之的抑制作用。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the effect of X – irradiation on the development of the eary chick embryos was studied. A total of 400 fertilized eggs of Shaver 288#breeder chickens were selected and incubated in a well conditional egg incubator. On the third day of incubation, 366 of well developed chick emlwyos were chosen and div-ided into 5 groups. One of the five groups was treated as a control. and the. remaining four were radiated at dose rate 103R/min. with the durations of 58"-3, 2'55",6 '48", and 10'41" resp-ectively ; i.e. total doses of 100R, 300R,700R and 1100R respectively. On the 2, 5, 8, 11, 15 and 18 th, day after X- irradiation. six chick embryos from each gro-up were picked out. The body weight and body length of each chick em bryo were measured. Rate of mortality and deformity were also stu-died. The results of this study show: All chick embryos died within two days after exposure to 1100 R. The mortality of control group is 4.11% and those of the 100 R. 300R and 700 R experi-mental groups are 13.7% .19.18%. and 71.23 % respectively. The rates of deformity in the experimental groups are 2.94%. 10%.and 25% respectively. The prominent parts of deformity are abnormal beaks. short phalange and bent legs inward. The reductions in the' final body weig-ht of the experimental groups. as compared with the control group are 3.51%. 7.49 % , and 19.78% respectively. The reductions in the final body length. as compared with the control group are 0.99%. 2.3% and 5.54% respectively. By F-teat, it shows that the body length and body. weight of the chick embryos are inhibited significantly after exposure to 700 R irradiation and are not significantly after exposure to 300R and 100R. The results of this study reveal that high dose (1100 R) of X- irradiation causes a mortia-lity of 100% in the early chick embryos. A lowei dose (700 R) decreases the mortality to 71.23%, and lead to a higher rate of deformity(25%), and there is a significant effect of X-irradiation on the growth of chick embryos.The much lower doses (300 R and 100 R) leads to a lower rate of mortality and deformity and there is a tendency to decrease the growth of chick embryos. |
