中文摘要 | 菸葉品質之優劣,於菸葉內容化學成分含量有密切之關係,所以本省每年所生產之菸葉,其內容之化學成分含量,均須加以分析明瞭。本研究之目的在探討應用何種取樣法較精確,且具有實用之價值,藉以提高分析樣品之代表性,作為今後本省菸葉化學成分分析取樣之方法之根據。 本研究係以化學成分間變異性最大之4等厚葉為材料,並以臺中菸葉廠4等桶菸為取樣對象,計逢機取出60桶,每桶等分4部位,每部份逢機取出4個樣品,共計960個分析樣品,係應用小鐵鑽垂直鑽洞半桶深度取出菸葉,分析成分為尼古丁及揮發性鹽基,於960個樣品分析後,再將960個剩餘之粉碎菸葉樣品混合均勻,再取出60個樣品分析之,以明瞭其樣品之變異性,並以舊取樣法為對照,?每桶取出2把菸葉作為1個分析樣品。 經研究結果,舊取樣法因樣品間變異性過大,準確度過低,不宜採用。而新個桶菸三段取樣法(Three stage sampling),其樣品間之變異性小,取樣效能及準確度均極高,所取之樣品數為每等級菸葉逢機6桶,每桶等分4部位,每部位以小鐵鑽垂直鑽洞半桶深度取出1個樣品,計24個樣品,經烘乾粉碎混合均勻後逢機取出3個樣品,作為化學成分之樣品。 |
英文摘要 | It is becoming increasingly clear that visual appreciation of leaf tobacco is not necessarily correlated, or even related, to some important characteristics which are of concern to the smoker. The chemical analysis is one of the important methods to evaluate leaf tobacco quality. The purpose of this study is to find the correct sampling method for chemical analysis. The tobacco hogsheads of thick side grade 4 were sampled in this study. Sixty tobacco hogsheads were selected at random from warehouse of Taichung Redrying Factory. Each one was divided into 4 parts evenly from each part 4 samples were collected at random. The 960 samples were ground into powder for analyzing nicotine and total volatile bases, and again 60 samples were taken from mixing up 960 samples for analyzing the same chemical constituents. The usual sampling method was used as a check. The results are summarized as follows. The relative efficiency and accuracy of new three stage sampling method are higher than the usual method. It is recommended that the new improved sampling method should be used instead of the usual method. Taking the three factors, time, cost, and precision, into consideration, the optimum allocation for sample number for grade seems to be 24. Namely, 6 hogsheads combine with 4 samples taken from four parts of the hogshead. The 24 samples were mixed to dry and to grind into powder, and about 3 samples could be taken from these mixed samples for chemical analysis. |
