中文摘要 | 本文之目的在探求培土、氮素施用量及灌溉對甘蔗地下芽活力之影響,以便從而確定最佳栽培方式,使其地下芽持久生存,保持其生命,俾於新植生長期中據以改進宿根萌芽和生長,藉作宿根增產之依據。全文包括培土、氮素施用量與灌溉之關係兩組試驗,茲將試驗結果摘錄於下,以供栽培之參考。 (一)適當高度的培土可增進甘蔗地下芽之活力,其效果達1%極顯著差異平準。分二次培土至20公分,與一次培高35公分,或分三次培土至35公分之地下活芽,概無顯著差異,以培高20公分?可達到增進地下芽活力之效果。 (二)充分灌溉和不灌溉對甘蔗地下芽之影響未達到顯著差異平準,但仍以灌溉之活芽較不灌溉者多;平均0.00~7.62公分部位之活芽百分率增加4%,7.62~12.70公分增加3%。 (三)每公頃施用氮素150公斤、300公斤及450公斤,對地下活芽之影響雖未到達顯著差異平準,概以施用量較多者活力較佳。 (四)氮素或灌溉個別施用,均無顯著增進地下芽活力效果,但二者同時施用時,其連應效果到達顯著差異平準。在中等地力之壤土環境下,每公頃施氮300公斤再配以適當灌溉,地下芽便可獲得最佳活力。 |
英文摘要 | A survey in order to determine the influence of earthing-up, irrigation and amount of nitrogen applicaiton on the growth of underground bud, cane of variety F.146 was carried out at the former Machia Sugarcane Improvement Station, 1967. The experiment of earthing-up included four treatments and six replications of randomized complete block design. Nitrogen amount and irrigation experiment conducted under the layout of 3×2 factorial design, six replications. After the plant cane was harvested for four weeks, 120 stools per treatment were dug to observe the underground bud. The result are summarized as follows: 1. The marked increase in number of living underground bud was found in earthing-up 35 cm. and 20 cm, both of them had reached 1% of statistically significant. The anlysis of average number of living underground bud per stool amoung two treatments of earthing-up 35 cm. and earthing-up 20 cm. showed no statistically significant difference. Therefore, we believed that an optimum moderate earthing-up (20 cm) would be enough to obtain most living buds. 2. Though the cane with full irrigation revealed rather superior in number of live undergroung bud, there was no significant difference between non-irrigation and irrigated after the soil moisture below 50%. The percentage of live bud in the part of 0.00-7.62 and 7.62-12.70 cm. were increased 4% and 3% respectively. 3. Even nitrogen applied at the level of 150 kg. 300 kg. and 450 kg. per hectare showed no significant influence on the living underground bud, still had more desirable result to present with high ratio of nitrogen application. 4. The improvement of number of live underground bud could not simply depend upon irrigation or nitrogen fertilizer. In other word, it showed no significant difference in the case of only irrigation of increasing nitrogen amounts. The interaction of irrigation and nitrogen application had reached statistically significant level. Generally, combining 300 kg. of nitrogen per hectare with optimum irrigation in the moderate fertility of loamy soil would make the cane plant to grow more living underground bud. |
