| 英文摘要 | Purpose: Exploring whether basketball players' shooting performance is affected by defensive pressure during training and competition, providing a basis for practical training scenarios, and improving the stability of shooting movements. Methods: Fifteen healthy male college basketball players were recruited to participate in the experiment (age: 19.3 ± 0.7 years; height: 178.6 ± 7.4 cm; weight: 77.3 ± 13.3 kg), the sagittal shooting action was captured with a SONY high-speed camera, and the kinematic parameters were analyzed by Kwon 3D software, including the action time, the height of the shot calculated in proportion to height, the position and angle of the ball shot, and the height of the soles of the feet above the ground, and the difference between the movements of the training and the simulated competition was analyzed through the dependent sample t-test, and the significant level was set at α =.05. Results: When shooting in simulated game scenarios, the shooting height ratio of 1.40 ± 3.91 % was significantly greater than that of 1.33 ± 2.79 % during training (p = .030, ES= 0.61); The shooting speed was 9.97 ± 0.37 m/s in simulated competition, which was significantly greater than 9.71 ± 0.26 m/s in training (p = .019, ES= 0.68); The height of the soles was 14.9 ± 9.05 in simulated competition, significantly greater than 5.74 ± 4.56 cm in training (p = .004, ES= 0.89); The sphere emission angle was 52.3 ± 2.97 deg in simulated competition, which was significantly greater than 49.9 ± 2.07 deg in training (p = .013, ES= 0.73). There were no significant differences found in action time and the position and angle of the ball shot. Conclusion: Due to defensive pressure in simulated competition scenarios, players will increase the height of the shot and height of the soles above ground to seek a higher shooting point, and adjust shooting movement to avoid being blocked. It is recommended to train the player in a simulated defensive method during training, to decrease the chances of inconsistency of shooting movement compromised due to competition scenarios. |
